Good location , very near MRT. Love the robot delivery stuffs and xiao du the AI to on the tv, set alarm etc. overall good and highly recommend

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is nice and comfortable, and I really appreciated that they have washing machines available for guests. The cleaner was very sweet and friendly, which made my stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Convenient location with shopping mall at opposite & walking distance to nearby convenient & food stall. Hotel gift with welcome coffee & 2 can butter biscuits when checked out after 3 Nights stay.
Friendly staff with unlimited drinking water supply & shower water supply is great too .
Will come back to stay here for my next visit & Keep It Up!

酒店位置絕佳，地鐵2號線芝泉路A口出來步行5分鐘就到，市內景點都很方便到達。
服務超好，前台、客房、餐廳服務都很熱情，如沐春風。
早餐很豐富，連住了4天，每天都很好，西式中式都有，還有現煮的麪，海鮮水餃和餛飩，很棒👍
酒店很新，住着很舒服。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was good – the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back again.

酒店出門右邊步行100米處就是地鐵2號線芝泉路站，出現較方便。服務熱情，早餐種類豐富新鮮，還有寶寶專用的餐具，做的比較細節。房間也比較安靜，有需求跟酒店人員溝通後會及時解決。退房時還送了伴手禮，總體體驗感較好。

房間很乾凈 採光很好 打掃衞生的工作人員還會貼心留下小卡片，現在人很好 也很好溝通 我們早餐改時間也可以，前台的工作人員都很親切，酒店裡有洗衣機和烘乾機 前台也有橘子吃 真的很好，酒店的地理位置也很好，離各大景點都很方便，基本上都是以酒店為中心到外面玩 離開的時候，前台還給送了兩個橘子掛件和兩包糖果💕💕💕💕

我是第一次入住桔子酒店，説實話一開始還有些疑慮。入住後從衞生、服務都令我很滿意。前台人員熱情周到專業。特別是硬件設施先進，全屋智能小度，很棒！
今天點了外賣，無需下樓去取，由機器人小度送到房間，很好解決了顧客需求又保證了住宿安全性。超出預期的好！
地理位置優越，距離地鐵2號線A出口很近，方便到各景點遊玩。
最後，謝謝桔子酒店給我提供服務的所有員工，毫無疑問，下次一定會再次選擇入住桔子酒店。
