Convenient transportation, just get off the subway. The room is large and clean, there are many places to eat and play nearby, the front desk staff is also very nice, I forgot my headphones in the room and they called me several times and helped me send them back. Very good and unforgettable experience

Excellent, another perfect vacation! The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a large pool and a gym that even had a squat rack – oh my gosh, I absolutely loved it! The weather was great, and the views were stunning. The island itself is very quiet, with beautiful scenery. The evenings were cool, and riding a bike with the sea breeze blowing was incredibly pleasant. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon (the 15th of the ***** month), and seeing the big, round moon over the sea was truly breathtaking! There are all sorts of vehicles available for rent on the island – bicycles, electric scooters, and even colorful, fancy ones. You can rent whatever you like to tour the island, which is very convenient. Just off the island is the massive Sunac Mall, and I mean *massive*. It has every kind of food, drink, and clothing imaginable, whether you've seen it before or not. On the first floor, there's also a Sunac Land amusement park, which is a lot of fun. The hotel staff were all quite friendly and helpful. Finally, a few minor drawbacks: breakfast was incredibly crowded, though thankfully the hotel had an overflow restaurant available, which was a lifesaver. The TV in the room was quite old and couldn't screen mirror. Also, the hairdryer wasn't very powerful.

The sea view was stunning, and the service was great. There was a bit of a wait during check-in, and the front desk mentioned they were fully booked. I initially thought it was just an excuse, but after seeing how crowded the restaurant was the next morning, I completely understood. There was a sweet and kind young lady with a round face at the front desk; I wish I had caught her name. I really wish buffet restaurants would implement a system to fine guests for food waste; it pains me to see food being squandered. Alternatively, offering a small gift to children who finish their plates could be a wonderful way to reward families for not wasting food and encourage good habits over time.

The room was unexpected, the sea view was amazing, the service was excellent, especially our housekeeper Xue Mei, we could find her for any situation, and she would write a handwritten note every day, which was very considerate.

If you are getting off near West Qingdao station, this is your hotel to go. It was the best hotel I stayed in Qingdao. Huge spacious very clean high-tech room, polite staff, good service. The hotel felt like it was totally new and it was the biggest room I stayed for a cheap price during my stay in Qingdao. If you need a place around West Qingdao station, this is your hotel to go.

Overall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained. To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language. The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads. There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you. Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year. For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.

The room is very big and worth the money. Facilities: very complete Sanitation: very good Environment: good Service: The guy at the front desk is very good. To be honest, the price is very suitable for this service. I recommend everyone to stay here when you come to play.

The room was very clean, well-equipped and quiet. The girls at the front desk were skilled and kind. They gave a small gift to the child, who accidentally broke a toothbrush cup. The male staff with glasses at the front desk gave a discount very happily. The weather was quite hot when checking out. They sent mineral water and greeted us at the door. They were very enthusiastic. The only drawback was that the gold stamping on the laundry bag would be washed off... In short, the service was considerate, the facilities were OK, and the environment was quiet. Good review~

Real feelings: Check-in time: 3 days from August 14th to August 17th. This time I traveled with my children. Traveling in Qingdao is actually quite painful. The summer vacation with children is full of people, but the only highlight is the hotel here. The two best impressions and experiences are: clean and quiet. I often stay in various hotels in China. The environment of this hotel is better than those of mid-range hotels such as All Seasons, Hyatt, Meilun, Manxin, Orange Crystal, Yaduo, and Hilton Garden. If I brag, haha, in terms of supporting facilities, it is actually not worse than Bulgari, Peninsula, and Marriott. The hotel is close to Qingdao West and there is a hotel car that can deliver it. I made an appointment in advance. The soundproofing was excellent, and it was quiet at night. It had an air filter, and the value for money was quite good. The breakfast wasn't anything special, given the price. It definitely wasn't like the buffet at the Marriott. I've probably had too many hotel breakfasts; almost every hotel has the same style. The beautiful woman who took the bill was quite nice. The hotel had Vienna prices, but MGM service. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling. I'll definitely stay again if I'm in Qingdao. This hotel was our third stay in Qingdao, and it was also the cheapest, but the quality was truly top-notch. First, they called us in advance on the afternoon of our check-in day to confirm our availability. Upon arrival, we saw the grand, elevated lobby and felt confident this hotel would be good. Our previous two hotels were similar to Home Inns, but priced around 700 yuan, so this one was in line with high-end hotels. The staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was generous with a wide variety. The rooms weren't exactly large, but they were decent, too. They were clean, soundproofed, and had heavy doors. Most importantly, the beds were 1.35 meters long, perfect for a family of two or three. When we checked in, knowing we had two children, they provided breakfast for them. This is a bit strange: the more luxurious and upscale a hotel, the more impressive it is, while the more modest it is, the more fussy it is (and the room rates are still quite high). The only downside might be that the hotel is a bit far from Qingdao's scenic spots. Alas, you can't have your cake and eat it too.
