適合預算不多，經濟實惠出差必來的賓館。環境不錯還算乾淨衞生，有需要再來青田遊玩

青田是僑鄉，消費是高點，周邊賓館比較多，感覺還行吧，電梯比較小，離火車站公交站都不遠，近期附近在鋪設下水管道，泥土灰塵大。

廁所有的門是壞的，衞生還算可以，晚上附近有點吵，隔音就那樣，性價比比較高，服務還算可以，每天都有打掃
