酒店位於九華山周邊九子巖風景區附近，部分房間陽台正對着蓮花峯，風景相當好。 酒店內還有一幢從太平搬遷過來的老宅作為茶室，非常適合度假。 15年開業的酒店一點沒有顯舊，看的出裝修用料紮實，65㎡的房間相當舒適。搞活動的價格性價比非常高。

環境：處於九華山腳下，周圍環境優美，風景很棒，清新幽靜，下午的陽台可以坐着曬太陽，很適合旅遊休息。 設施：古樸的酒店設計，和普通酒店不同的入住體驗。 最驚喜的是，酒店收留了一衹流浪狗狗，活潑可愛的小狗，一見到我們就跑過來啦，會讓你摸摸它軟乎乎的肚皮。馬上旺季了客人多，我們就把它領養回家啦，感覺是冥冥中註定好的緣分。

離九子崖比較近，房間和大堂遠一些，擺渡車基本等於無，屋子面山，但是佈局奇怪，中間放置衞生間與淋浴絕對敗筆，需要改進地方很多，不如黃山德懋堂，停車不方便…

設施：設計上是花心思的，裏面可以抄經，也有徒步道，價格也不貴，每間房間都可以看到山景 就是房間老舊了，有破損，窗開了之後都關不起來 地理位置離後海景區10分鐘，但是去九華山就遠了，至少30分鐘。附近吃飯的地兒不多。 總體性價比還是高的，窗邊的榻榻米可以給10歲內的小朋友當床。早餐真的是東西太少了

住宿體驗感極差，就是看中德懋堂這個品牌才捨近求遠跑到九華山後山這裏來住，結果讓人大跌眼鏡。介紹裏説300平方小童遊樂場，300平方是有，但是小童遊樂設施衹有那破破爛爛的那幾個，年久失修的樣子；書屋裡就稀稀拉拉幾本書；配套設施跟不上也就算了，關鍵房間住宿的體驗感極差。房間跟快捷酒店差不多大，但是還不如快捷酒店，裏面竟然用的是用電的熱水器，一個人洗完澡，另一人洗的哆哆嗦嗦的，後半截沒熱水了，其他人想洗澡結果等了幾個小時水還沒燒熱。空調開了30℃還不暖和，淋浴間沒有擺放衣服的地方，洗完澡以後必須出來穿衣服，結果空調温度跟不上，真是要凍**的節奏啊；馬桶設計放在床頭，躺在床上還聽見馬桶在床頭沖水的聲音。這個體驗跟這個品牌和這個價格真是完全不匹配！
