The hotel is big, old classic design decoration, no English speaking and not restaurant in the hotel available night time. We check in in the afternoon and we had to go outside for dinner.

It was very bad experience as many of the services were dismissed like no spa , no hotel cart is working and even there is problem with “ Air- conditioner , so bad experience , I will not recommend this hotel , but staff was very supportive . Thank you

I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience at your establishment. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the facilities were excellent. While the breakfast service was a bit delayed, I understand that these things can happen, and it didn't significantly impact my stay. The food quality was good, although I would appreciate a bit more variety, especially catering to the preferences of international guests.
I look forward to returning and experiencing more of what your wonderful place offers.
