Title: Poor service and facilities Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Comment: I arrived at this hotel around 9pm and for a five star hotel I was very disappointed with their service and facilities. First of all, even if it is not the early morning hours, the hotel front desk service response during the night shift is already quite slow. When I found that the air conditioner in the room was broken and could not be turned on, I immediately called the front desk for assistance. However, they told me to wait for someone from the engineering department to come and check. I had to wait a full hour or so for someone to come to the room. This waiting time is simply too long. When someone from the engineering department finally arrived, they confirmed that the air conditioner in the room was broken and asked the front desk to move me to a new room. However, I was very disappointed that the front desk seemed unwilling to change rooms, even though there were still many rooms available that day. I had to wait again for about 1l20 minutes before I was finally moved to a new room. This kind of treatment made me feel very uncomfortable. For a five-star hotel, this kind of service attitude is really unacceptable. Also, being a five star hotel, I was very disappointed that they didn't provide a bathtub. I think this is a basic facility, especially for guests who like to take a relaxing bath. What surprised me even more was that even a refrigerator was not provided. This is really too much for a five-star hotel. Overall, I was very disappointed with my overall experience at this hotel. Their service response is slow and inefficient, and their attitude towards problems is not positive enough. Also, the lack of basic amenities, especially a bathtub and a refrigerator, made me question the quality of this five-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers and would not stay there again myself.

The hotel's exterior design and equipment are quite good. The breakfast is also good. Probably because there is not much passenger traffic, the swimming pool and other facilities are not open for the time being. Some small details still need to be improved. With a 5-star price and standard room, a bathtub is still needed. Rooms with multiple occupancy should have enough people. Toiletries, cups and brushes, and bathrobes are also one of the must-have items. When you need to use something, you will find that something is missing, and then you keep calling customer service to get bath towels, bathrobes, cups and brushes, etc. Of course, as a guest, it is not I don’t want to be bothered by customer service all the time, and I don’t want to be a troublesome guest. I have everything ready and I won’t have this kind of trouble. Also, the laundry equipment on the 20th floor is relatively slow, and it takes 2-3 hours to complete the same laundry job. , I struggled from around 9pm to around 1am to get the clothes. I hope to pay more attention to the details, which is the quality that a 5-star hotel should have!

The location of the hotel is good, parking is convenient, there are sufficient parking spaces above and below ground, and there are farms near the hotel where you can eat roast chicken and the like. The room is clean and hygienic, but the hot and cold water in the shower room is unstable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. The hot water suddenly becomes very hot during the shower. This needs to be improved.

The room is very spacious and new, and you get free fruit when you check in. The children’s breakfast was also given. The service attitude of Xiao Fan and Xiao Xuan at the front desk is excellent and makes you feel at home. Thumbs up.
