挨着青州古城，出門就逛街，古城有點意思，青州美食也是老闆推薦的，真的很好吃！價格也實惠，客棧不大，衞生很好，因為下雨門口院裏有積水，我們停好車，長者孩子都是淌水進店的，老闆應該關注一下，挺影響第一印象的。另外這麼熱的天，前台也是第一印象，等着開房退房或者等朋友的時候，前台不開空調，熱的要死，感受不太舒服。畢竟我們還要爬三層樓拎行李，對有長者和小孩的家庭真的不太友好。其他還可以。確實是客棧。房間不大。

在古城門口位置非常好出租車停車即到，如果在古城內反而是的士到不了的。老闆服務更加好，免費升級了房間，雖然沒有電梯，但掌櫃幫忙將行李提到房間，進出均熱情招呼。酒店式管理乾淨衞生。超讚！！

優點：
1.性價比高，位置就在古城北大門
2.停車方便，旁邊就是酒店停車場
不足：
1.沒有電梯
2.床鋪是彈簧床，褥子太薄，彈簧凸出來隔得不太舒服。

在青州古城北門旁，交通極方便，步行出遊也方便。服務熱情周到，管理衞生好，沒備齊全，房間大小都有，一分價錢一份貨，我們住的小間，但還是温馨。特別是我們要求下午2點退房，老闆很樂意就答應了。整個古城都值得一遊。

房間較緊湊，進門就是床；就在古城的門口，好找還有自己的小停車場，特別方便，街道的雜音有些影響，位置還是非常方便的，優點明顯。

衞生間反味特別大，下水口出來的小蟲子不少。有停車場，但不太大。唯一的特點是逛古城方便。

無線網不能用，導致電視也不能用，連結隔壁屋也不能用，向前台反應也沒來檢查，建議修網，另外隔音也一般多虧沒人住，住前如果需要無線網要提前問好
