這家民宿相當滿意，位置很好，打車離北戴河火車站十幾分鍾；打車離劉莊，怪樓，碧螺塔海上酒吧公園，等等都基本都是十分鐘左右；環境很好，房間又大又乾淨，民宿是獨立小院，可以停車，很安靜；走兩分鐘到旁邊的街上有飯館，超市等，購物方便；民宿一樓有免費桌球和街機遊戲機，每層有飲水機，院裏可以晾曬衣物，還有廚房；老闆非常好，剛入住就免費提供切好的西瓜和海苔片，有任何問題都耐心回答，離店的時候還贈送了本地特產做留念，真是五星級的服務！店裡還提供接送服務，真是相當方便。下次一定還來。

設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，院裏可以洗晾衣物，安靜無噪音，老闆帥氣服務熱情，還送了孩子小零食和冰鎮西瓜。但但但蚊子真的真的真的太多了，叮的一夜沒睡好，身上被叮了好多蠶豆大小大包，😭😭。

我看評論挺好的才訂的房，所以我也會用心評論。地方好找，院子裏有很多綠植，還有一池錦鯉，環境不錯。老闆人很好，很熱情，很真誠，有問必答，送了小禮品孩子很喜歡，一樓大廳的遊戲機孩子也喜歡😊房間挺多，通風很好，不像酒店那樣悶，出行停車方便，服務到位，態度誠懇。最重要的就是後院可以晾衣服，去海邊玩濕衣服洗完一會兒就晾乾。

房間特別乾淨，店主特別好，下次去北戴河還會住這個民宿，給老闆點一個大大的贊，住宿老闆還給準備了特產海苔脆還有西瓜，帶孩子趕海去老闆還給了潮汐表和趕海的地點還有趕海的工具，住的地方距離吃飯的地方步行也就一兩分鐘，離趕海的海邊開車也就5-6分鐘特別贊

老闆很熱情，我們早上十點多到的，本想寄存行李先出去玩，老闆説客人剛退房，打掃乾淨我們就可以入住了，還熱心的幫我們聯繫小電動車，送到家門口，房間被褥一很乾凈，老闆還送了小禮物，很用心。好東西會分享給朋友們

整體非常滿意！
客觀評價來説: 住宿環境正常農家院風格，衞生情況也非常好。交通比較方便，周圍會有早點，離海邊也不遠。

老闆人特別nice，酒店乾淨衞生，由於價格相當便宜，沒報太大期望，但是到店後給了很大的驚喜，各方面都給了我很大的驚喜
另外：旅館院內有車位停車很方便
離吃飯的地方很近，買東西吃飯都很方便
每個客人入住都有小零食送，細節很到位
以後來旅遊都打算住這裏，很棒的一次體驗
