優點，離海邊近，走路差不多10分鐘以內能到海邊，周邊安靜，小院能停一輛車，缺點也挺明顯，房屋牆皮脱落嚴重，房屋床有異響，房間潮濕，枕頭有味道，室外燒烤爐長銹嚴重，草坪有燒焦，如果是一千多的民宿啥也不説了，都三千多一宿了牆皮也好賴給弄弄，有點影響體驗

別墅區環境挺好，綠化率高，含氧量也高，距離業主食堂和海邊都挺近的，還有廚房，配備了廚具。衞生也做的挺乾淨的，圖片和實際入住是一致的，一共有三層，一層是客廳、廚房和公共空間，二層三層是客房。前院可以停車，後院可以燒烤。
蔚藍海岸園區建設的還不錯，挺適合親子的，小童玩的設備也挺多的，都可以使用，雲朵鞦韆挺漂亮的。早上起得早還可以小小的趕海玩玩。

床品很乾凈，房主很貼心進屋空調都已經開好了，24小時熱水，離海邊也近，大人步行五六就到了
