Sun Castle Kaiman Hotel (Coast of the Blue)

The hotel environment is very good. The lobby is very bright as soon as you enter. The service of the ladies at the front desk is super good. We booked two rooms and arranged them next to each other. There is also a washing machine in the room. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The corridor is also very clean. The room has a balcony and the view is also very good. It is worth recommending and has a good price-performance ratio. 👍

I went to the Cote d'Azur for a trip some time ago. The experience of staying at the Sun Castle Kaiman Hotel was great. I must praise it! As soon as I entered the hotel, the lobby was spacious and bright, the decoration was exquisite and grand, and the style was full. I was instantly impressed. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and also introduced the surrounding fun places. The room I booked was clean and tidy, and the layout was warm. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept well for several nights. The room facilities are very new, with TV, air conditioning and other equipment available. The details show the quality, which is completely up to the level of a four-star hotel. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is superb. The restaurant environment is elegant and the dining experience is great. There are also gyms and swimming pools with complete facilities and good maintenance, which can meet the needs of leisure and fitness. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the beach, and you can feel the beach and waves in a few steps. There is also a commercial street around, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The Sun Castle Kaiman Hotel (Cote d'Azur) really exceeded my expectations. The service, facilities and environment are all excellent. It is a four-star hotel. I will stay here again next time!!!

位置很好找，酒店設施比較新，感覺類似日式風格，下面玩水的游泳池比較乾淨，孩子玩的很開心，我們是自駕遊，離蔚藍海岸很近，開車幾分鐘的樣子。酒店樓下吃飯的地方很多，比較方便，還有自助海鮮，可惜我們去海港那裡遊玩累了吃過了，自助海鮮未品嚐到，下次可以嚐嚐。服務很周到，還贈送我們兩張小孩的餐券，還給了當地的特色海產品，小孩很喜歡吃。酒店窗外景色也不錯，有人玩摩託艇，可以嘗試。

非常好的一次北戴河出遊體驗，酒店前台服務員人美心善，我們定的房間衹給一張早餐卡，小姐姐主動給我們申請送了兩張餐券。早餐品種很全，但人太多了，比較嘈雜，我們原則在外面吃的。這裏適合親子出行，酒店的小童泳池晚上環境很好，適合拍照打卡。下次再來還住這裏！

體驗感不是很好，先説入住，晚上八點多辦理入住兩間雙床房，房間在六樓，一推開門，嗆眼睛的那種裝修味，床頭還有未收拾的三個杏核，聯繫前台換房間，換到四樓，進房間後倒是沒什麼味道了，給孩子買的飲料，想放冰箱裏，一打冰箱門，一股惡臭，又是一次上頭，聯繫前台安排兩位師傅來查看，確定是有臭味兒後問我怎麼辦？我？那換冰箱吧（因為冰箱是小小的那種，我覺得搬運不費勁），結果是換不了，那好我衹能不用。 再説設施，泳池不是在入住酒店的樓下，是在對面的建築物裏，走路三分鐘吧，這樣也不是不可以，孩子下泳池玩了一個小時左右，突然上來説泳池裡有活的蟲子，孩子説是蟑螂，我不確定，畢竟沒親眼看到是什麼蟲。那就不玩了，回房間洗澡吧。熱水器容量非常小，一個人洗澡過後，下一個人洗得等。空調出口下面還嘀嗒水，就這樣吧，湊合一晚第二天果斷退房。 因為我訂了兩晚兩間雙床房，跟前台溝通退一晚的時候前台態度都很好。 不得不説服務人員的 態度全程都很好，這一點不可否認。

綜合設施非常完備的親子度假酒店！免費停車場。每個房間都有一個小小陽台，早晨一覺醒來拉開陽台的拉門呼吸到室外新鮮的空氣真的是超級舒服！晚餐可以用電磁爐煮上一鍋美味的海鮮。園區很大，裏面有各個年齡段的小朋友都可以玩的區域，室外的泳池，室內的海洋球，滑梯，積木，小童觀影區都是免費的。外圍一層各類餐飲商鋪和小攤方便就餐，唯一美中不足的就是沒有咖啡廳🤭酒店距離附近海灘開車大概5-6分鐘，但有擺渡車班車可以接送，也很方便！總體滿意☺
