This hotel provides NO amenities. No soap;no shampoo;no toothbrush/comb;no coffee/tea/drinking water.There were two bath towels in the deluxe double but no hand towels nor face cloths.The first room had no heat. In February in Qiqihaer,heat is important.The desk staff quickly moved me...to a small box-like room which did have heat.The rooms also had shower shoes and toilet tissue.
I would NOT book there again.There were better equipped hotels within 5 minutes walk.

酒店位置很好，就在車站對面，看着是比較新的酒店。老闆娘也很好，裏面很大，房間很多，但是路比較繞，會有人帶着走一圈，之後就知道怎麼走了。陳設和快捷酒店一樣，比較新比較方便。以後中轉會繼續考慮這裏。

首先表揚能讓狗狗進沒得説，但是服務是真的差，早上七點開始吵，前台跟着顧客一起在餐廳嘮嗑，吵得一整層樓都沒法睡，八點又開始電鑽維修，完全就沒有考慮過客人的感受嗎？洗手枱燈也是壞的，各種閃爍，雖然價格不貴，但是作為酒店的工作人員，你們不考慮一下顧客睡不睡覺麼？還是七點就準備讓我們退房呢？而且房間居然連礦泉水都沒有，我的天，空調感覺老得要爆炸了一樣，這些都沒問題，但是沒有任何服務意識這個真的是需要培訓一下吧
