A simple but good hotel to stay. We visited Honfleur, Deauville and Pays d'Auge. Good cooking for dinner. It was very convenient for us. A swimming pool would allow to relax (we did not use it this time).

Enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, lovely pool. Only fault there wasn't enough storage space for our clothes as there were no drawers and only a small hanging space. Take a kettle with you if you want tea/coffee in your room like we do.

Hotel was not difficult to find. Decent room with basic amenities and free water bottle provided for each person everyday. Breakfast was nice with a mix of warm and cold items. Heated swimming pool was also nice. Free parking for car.

Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and when I asked to borrow an iron were embarrassed to tell me that they didn’t have one as a guest had stolen it. The lack of being able to iron my creased clothes caused me anxiety and disbelief when I was told they couldn’t buy a new one.

Nice room, soft beds ! Chambre un peu petite mais agréable avec des lits moelleux et confortables. Accès piscine, petit déjeuner très sympa. La porte de la chambre un peu lourde était difficile à ouvrir parfois. Sinon très bien !

Hôtel à fuir si vous voulez une bulle de détente et de bien-être. Très sale, pas entretenu. L'hôtel avait annulé la réservation malgré le versement des arrhes. On nous à retrouvé une chambre forcément L'hôtel est vide. Chambre glaciale, pas de chauffage pas nettoyer, lampe au dessus du lit décroché, dangereux. On nous rechange de chambre et c'est pareil, trace de doigts sur les portes poussières partout sous le lit les meubles. Une horreur. Nous avons préféré fuir et ne rien faire. La directrice refuse le remboursement des arrhes versées. Et est de très mauvaise fois. Prétextant qu'elle ne peut pas. Alors qu'il en est de son bon vouloir. Si j'avais pu j'aurais mis 0. Seul point positif. Le personnel d'accueil très gentil. Ils ont du courage parce qu'ils subissent des remarques négatives. En moins de 2min, un client est redescendu en disant ironiquement que sa chambre était en travaux. Nous avons bien fait de fuir

J'ai bénéficié d'une offre promo, raison pour laquelle j'ai réservé dans cet hôtel. Ce que j'ai apprécié : la piscine (température ok), le peignoir fourni, le petit déjeuner, le grand parking. Les points négatifs : l'environnement en zone artisanale/industrielle, la chambre pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles, la ventilation qui soufflait du froid et impossible de l'arrêter et surtout de dormir sans volet, sans rideau, sans voilage (aucune intimité). Les photos des chambres ne sont absolument pas le reflet de la chambre que j'ai eu.

Points positifs: -bien situé près des accès autoroutiers -bonne literie, -très bon petit dej complet -bon buffet le Soir avec chaud, froid et très bons desserts, qui ne font pas cantine -personnel très accueillant - grande piscine chauffée couverte - très bons massages - hotel calme et chambre silencieuse. Points négatifs: -gel douche pas réapprovisionné du séjour, -chambre basique, un peu défraîchie, - spa vite remplie, surtout le we.
