FLC City Hotel Beach Quy Nhon

I went here with my family, we booked 4 rooms with ocean views, the rooms are clean but they have a slight weird musty smell initially, the view from the rooms is great as well as the central location. However that is all of the good I can say about the hotel. The gym is not well maintained, the treadmills dont work, the pool and spa are closed for maintenance due to the typhoon from a few months ago. Actually you can see that most of the hotel is very damaged from the typhoon apart from the rooms. The beach bar and tunnel that leads to the beach are closed. In general we are pretty upset that we booked a 5 star hotel where basically none of the amenities are available. I would suggest you book other places like Anya Premier or phone the hotel first to check if most of the facilities are working or not.

The FLC hotel is located just across the beach; you can walk to the beach through the tunnel from the hotel, very convenient, just a few steps. The room is spacious as pictured; clean, and has a walkout to the balcony, with a very nice view, either the city view or ocean view. The Buffet breakfast is delicious, with a variety of foods and drinks. Staff are polite and helpful, and you would feel warm and welcome. Good value for your money.

It was fantastic. The staff were unbelievably good. Tony at the front desk is the man, he is the best front desk person I have ever come across. I have been travelling for 6 months this year and for many many years and have never come across someone this good.

Very satisfactory like the staff were very friendly, except that the bathroom didn't drain well and could be slippery.

It seems like a 5 star hotel but many service doesn't meet standards of 5 star's but it is worth staying in this hotel.

Both myself and my wife enjoyed 7 days at this hotel. A quality 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The selection was mainly Asian and delicious. All staff were very professional with adequate english with some. A special thankyou to Charlie. She made all guests feel welcomed assisting with any requirements in the buffet restaurant. She spoke English very well and was very attentive in her role.
