There was a wide selection of dishes daily, ensuring we always found something delicious to start our day. The hotel also offers a great range of services. We appreciated the airport transfer option, and the spa, pool, and well-equipped gym were perfect for relaxation or a workout. The staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging a scooter rental, which made exploring Quy Nhon so easy. Overall, the Grand Hyams Hotel - Quy Nhon Beach is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and modern stay with excellent service. We highly recommend it!"

"The hotel and staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful staff helped us with checking us in quickly, and getting us a motorbike to rent for the weekend. The breakfast was included but, it is nothing to brag about and not bad..just mediocre. The location off the “touristy” area/beach, which doesn’t have much food to choose from; it was quiet and relaxing. Location was good. I was put on to the 12th floor, really nice, with a view of the city. The only downfall was that the WIFI didn’t work except for the first 15 minutes we were in the room. Both my phones and computer couldn’t connect, and phones weren’t picking up any signal from towers to use hotspot. Real bummer."

"We stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or "sunbeds") to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel."

Clean rooms, enthusiastic support staff. There is one inconvenience thing that the room is not soundproof, so it is easy to hear the noise from outside."

"The place is not suitable for family with kids. During holiday, the kid club is always full, and only 1 staff attend, it opens from 9am so if your kids are early birds or want to play after breakfast probably not idea. It takes long time for the ev to come even non peak hour so it is recommended to call them ahead for 10-15 minutes. They will suddely have a private ev without stating that it is privavte so even you have waited long after the swim and dried up, you will continue to stand there wait with your kids. The place don’t even have a medical room so you better secure all the medicines first because either will take long time for things to come or they don’t have it."

"I just spent 2 nights @TMS. My advise is to avoid it. While the location is good, and price is low, you get what you pay for. My room was large but I would describe as filthy. The was obvious and abundant black mold on the shower and around the bathroom sink. The shower glass was completely "fogged" by scale buildup that clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. Shower floor was "brown" ( white porcelain.....not). The balcony had a broken down cloths rack that was rusted and obviously soiled bedsheets on corner. The shower water was like warm at best and my friend in another suite said his was not even warm."
