Beautiful place to stay

Booked room for two adults.
Only one piece of soap and one tiny shampoo provided.
No hand towel provided.
Curtains dirty, blanket/cover on beds stained, dead insects in room.
Could not use TV because TV remote control did not work.
Uncomfortable beds.
A notice on the wall in the room stated "there will be a charge if anyone is court in the room smoking"
So apart from being not able to spell correctly they are theives charging us $136 for a night in that room.
Reccomend that this be the last place to ever consider for an accomodation option in Bundaberg.

Toilet not working, unflushed when we got there. Cleaners????
Getting electricity shocks from the shower taps. Shower floor greasy.

The staff were very accommodating. We couldn’t get one of the bigger real family rooms as we arrived a bit late. But, our booking terms were still honored by the staff.

Room hadn’t been cleaned this was at checking time 2pm didn’t feel comfortable staying there reception did refund some of my money but still waiting for the rest to be refunded to my card. Not feeling very hopeful, would not recommend.

We have stayed here a few times previously and would stay again. We had a twin room with a double bed and a single bed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were there for 3 nights and the room was not serviced during our stay though we could have asked for fresh towels. For the price I would recommend this one.

Ive been charged $122 for nothing, i didn't stay here it was cancelled but i. Still changed for the room.i hope i can change this re view saying my money will be refunded.To be continued

Had to keep ringing manager for service, office was open but no body there. There was no milk or coffee cups in room. Lights were left on in under cover parking which lit up the room all night. Would not stay there again

This property has people permanently living there in the rooms. They gather outside smoking and drinking.
The room was lovely, but wasn’t impressed with the clientele living there
