I booked this hotel for my anniversary... Worse hotel, pathetic experience...we were allocated the last n uncleaned room left because we checked in at assigned time...nothing insight room...n to my dismay, there were a connected door connecting my room to adjusting room...n when I complained they said all the available rooms are like that only...balcony is in pathetic condition...I think not cleaned for long...I paid INR 15,000+ for this room n thought of spending good time and 31st night at this pathetic hotel...its completely ruined...I suggest ppl to avoid booking this place unless you get it around 3000-4000 INR

Smelly rooms with mustard oil like unbearable odour. Nearly unresponsive staff. The amenities promised were missing from the room. Room service is a big joke. No one showed up! Every time i had to reach the reception for small things. Never visit this property if you just want to go to imagica.

Horrible room service I requested so ***y times for bedsheets and blanket. My kids crashed and after half an hour they got the comforter, Meanwhile I had to cover my kids with the bathing towel and still we had to wait for another 10 more mins for bedsheets. Horrible guests service. Wont prefer this property again. Will prefer to get back home rather than spooling my night. On top of it the person on help desk named something Vidyansh or (something sorry for wrong pronunciation) he was actually making me count that how any times I have called and made the same request.

Amazing stay. The best part is the Square restaurant. Melina, Chandan amd Sagar will go out of their way to help and assist. They are warm amd courteous , always with a smile. The room service us ezceptionally good and always prompt. Overall the staff is very helpful and always ready to assist amd cater to your concerns.

AC not working since checkin. Even after multiple follow ups, problem not resolved. Sent a room fan last night at 3:15 AM, in night, as we were not able to sleep whole night. As per hotel, they say, 22/24 degrees only it can allow, but its so hot, that we are not able to sleep. If only 22/24, AC can cool, than whats the use of setting temperature at 18 degrees ? Currently, room temperature is shown as 23 degrees. Called 2-3 times at reception, but no attention.
