no wifi, very inconvenient. connection to other owns network was weak too.

Hotel staff were excellent, but couldn't make up for poor choice of TV channels [only SOME not all freeview channels were available]

I stayed here for two nights and it was the best two nights sleep I ever had. The bed was so comfortable the room was very clean and staff were fantastic. I didn't want to leave at all. I will be coming back here as I thoroughly enjoyed my break away

Everything was as expected...clean, quiet and a good sleep..staff were excepional..shout out to Dave who checked us in as we arrived late and made us feel very welcome and helped with getting us settled..It's an older hotel but one of the best and friendliest we have stayed in.

We needed a base whilst visiting friends and family at Easter. We’ve stayed at the hotel before, we find it very clean with good service from the staff. There’s a service station opposite if you need any food as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant.

Well......we almost slept in the car, and I think that might have been the better option Check in wasn't the most pleasant of greetings (we gave a nickname of sighing sandra), all seemed too much of an effort. We got to our room to find it had an overwhelming smell of fish. Back to reception to dare ask to change rooms.......this was definitely too much effort and not what we needed after a long day and drive. Eventually got a different room, very very basic but no smell (this was written before we'd even laid our heads down for what we presumed would be a crap nights sleep)......Surprised that we slept better than we thought we would. So our 'better' room, had no lock on the door, and we were given 1 towel....for 2 people. As we left, the lovely cleaner asked what room we have just vacated, she knew the issue we had with the previous room, and said she was surprised that anyone had been put in that room, clearly there's issues with that room. The lovely cleaner was so apologetic, definitely more so than sighing Sandra. Was very glad to leave, and definitely wouldn't stay again. Would give 0 stars but that's not an option

After staying at this venue I received a £100 parking fine notice, I appealed, then waited 4 days for an email to say the case was being dropped. They stated I had to make sure my car registration was correctly logged at reception on check in, which I did,what the receptionist typed who knows. They advertise free parking, so be aware and make sure you keep proof of stay. Better still use the Premier Inn only a mile away and lose the worry and stress.

great place to stay in!!!! we loved every bit about it. Friendly staff and a clean welcoming place!!!!!! we will definitely be staying in this place again when we next go there some time in the future!!!! thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!

The rooms were clean and what you would expect. The bed was comfortable. The bed for my daughter was also comfortable. The manager and staff are lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay again as it had everything I needed. No complaints
