Despite my collegues advise for not to choose the hotel, I had ignored their advises and gone through terrible experience in the hotel duing my stay for 2 days on 12th and 13th february 2024. The customer service at service desk is very least to talk about due o lack of focus on the customer needs. The very first day stay, i have requested to change the room but to no avail. Similar experience faced by other collegue who stayed during same period on my suggestion. Room experience is terrible for 2 days, without hot water, use of filthy bed sheeds, pillows and linen, foul smell in the room, usage of age old towels and napkins lack of complete toileteries are the few to mention. No soap holder, body washer in the toilet for 2 days. Over and above, there was dirty water in the commode due to cleaning of the tanks during night which has never been informed to the guest. However, the tariff at the hotel is far higher for its capacity and maintenance, and looks as if the hotel maintenance as a small time lodge. Overall, i do not recommend the hotel to those who needs hygiene environment at the first level.
