I had an amazing time here with my husband!! It was his 35th birthday!! I liked the ambiance and the facilities are impeccable!! Lovely breakfast and good service.

The hotel was nice and clean though I would only rate it 3 starts. Plus I had a hot water problem whether it’s in the shower or the water in the sink. Pool was too small plus the very first receptionist wasn’t the nicest.

The room nice and clean but a little bit upset me because in your website saying breakfast £15 per person can pay in the property but in the hotel charges £18 per person

The hotel was very clean they wanted to charge me almost half of the room rate to check in early which I refused but they held my luggage and let me use the facilities untill the check in

There's a half eaten burger left in the chair on first floor in morning (over 3 hours) no rubbish bin in hotel corridor. Some part of room not refurbished a bit odd . Otherwise very good

The hotel was lovely and clean. Seamless check in process. The staff were warm and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast as well, wide selection of food. I liked that the location was easily accessible, however it did surprise me that it was in a built up residential area. My only issue was having an unexpected onset of monthly cycle and there were no sanitary products in the hotel. I had to go find a corner store to buy from.

Lovely comfortable hotel, only drawback for us was that although they accept dogs (for which they charge quite a lot) there's nowhere to eat apart from the lobby, which is rather big and exposed, if you have the dog with you. Part of the dog policy is that they shouldn't be left alone in the room (that I agree with) but it left us having to go out of the hotel to eat at a local pub which was more dog friendly. Otherwise it was great, comfortable beds, good bathroom and a pleasant ambience, nice receptionists.
