Ibis Reading Centre ★★★
"Great location and friendly staff. But the room had a musky tobacco smell."
The Roseate Reading ★★★★★
"The service is great and the location is great. There is everything to eat and drink within 5 minutes!"
Garner Hotel READING CITY CENTRE by IHG ★★★
"The stay is at very good location and the price is very friendly"
Pentahotel Reading ★★★★
"The rooms need some TLC as it seems they’re not maintained very well otherwise a fairly priced hotel"
Travelodge Reading Whitley ★★★
"Been staying in Whitley travelodge on and off over the past 6 months and have found the staff excellent especially Anthony"
Malmaison Reading ★★★★
"Lovely grade ll hotel building and near station and town centre."
voco READING by IHG ★★★★
"The hotel is basically accessible by car only. No bus , no train, no shops. The room is spacious but pretty old fashioned and worn-out. The trade off is the room price is absolutely affordable."
Novotel Reading Centre ★★★★
"The hotel's location is super convenient, it's very clean and tidy, and the facilities are great with a pool and gym. The staff are really friendly. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next trip. Highly recommended! 👍🏻"
Travelodge Reading Central ★★★
"This hotel is very stained, dirty and unclean. Stains on the carpets, furniture, bed linen and pillows. We could not stay the night. Had to check out and find an alternative hotel. Then to make the experience worse you cannot contact Travelodge by phone for a quick resolution. You have to email and they will try and get back to you in 5-6 business days. So I have paid for this stay and the other hotel but cannot get my money back. My advice is AVOID"

Sure Hotel by Best Western Reading
"The front desk treated guests differently, constantly complaining about the noise in my room while ignoring the loud singing next door. Someone who planning the trip to Reading suggest to avoid this hotel"
The Bird in Hand
Travelodge Reading M4 Eastbound
"We stayed here for one night while travelling. On arrival at the room late at night we found the light had been left on with the window open allowing loads of insects to come in including mosquitoes. The room was very hot with just a small fan to use. We both got bites from the mosquitoes which was not good. Would we stay here again = NO. The only good thing was the free parking."
De Vere Wokefield Estate
"After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. ."
Holiday Inn READING - WEST by IHG
"Most guests will drive, but this hotel is hard to reach by public transport. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice."
Premier Suites Reading
"The room facilities were good, the environment was a bit noisy, the cleanliness was good, and the service was good."
Parkside International Hotel
"Always very relaxed when we go to this hotel. I’ve friendly staff and convenient location"
The Market House
"I had a fantastic stay here! It's in a great location in the centre of town. The room is spacious with plenty of amenities. Highly recommended."
Mercure Newbury West Grange Hotel
"Stayed for the weekend and went to the races. Very comfortable bed, had a good nights sleep and couldn’t fault the room."
Beautiful 7-Bedroom Countryside Home
Malthouse Court
"A bit noisy for the units facing Chatham street. Need blank or tainted glass for Balcony door."
Bull Inn
"Very old country hotel, but not old at all. Very unique. It is said that George Bruni's house is just behind the hotel. There is a very popular and unique bar. The room is large and clean"
Chester House
"Generally, poor sound insulation, remote location"
House of Fisher - 100 Kings Road
"We have been living here for close to 3 weeks and a few more to go. An excellent accommodation, more like a home away from home with all the amenities. Centrally Located, close to high street, with an array of restaurants which covers almost all cuisines of the world. Well sized rooms with ensuite bathrooms and wardrobes. Friendly staff at the reception, well managed and secure parking and groceries and daily essentials right across the street."
Ivory Lodge
"Ivory Lodge is exactly as it is in the pictures with plentiful easy parking. The accommodation was clean throughout with little extras like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and washing machine tabs, milk in the fridge etc."
