Staff is very nice. Free breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to brag about. Every time we ordered any type of meat (steak, veal parmigiana, beef soup) from room service menu it was incredibly horrible and we could literally not even cut it with a knife. We use the scissors and tore it apart with our bare hands. Room service can take up to two hours to get your food.  housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well as, some of the maintenance man. Every room we’ve ever stayed in the toilet seats are broken and scary when you sit on them. Don’t even think about having hot water in your shower whatsoever. And when it’s checkout time, you better be out of there as soon as possible!

O único ponto negativo foi o porta cartão que ficava desligando a energia do quarto e quando chamamos a manutenção eles falaram que não podiam fazer nada. Passamos a estadia toda tendo que mexer no porta cartões para religar a energia.

Localização muito boa, hotel meio antigo poderia melhorar pelo valor cobrado. E as centrais de ar não dão conta, quarto não fica frio ponto extremamente negativo as centrais de ar não suportar o tamanho do ambiente.
Obs troquei de quarto por conta das centrais e mesmo assim não solucionou.

Me hospedei por dois dias, o atendimento inicial foi bom por parte da recepção... No dia da minha chegada, meu cadeado que é de senha, travou e eu não consegui abrir minha mala.
Já com a mala no térreo solicitei ajuda ao recepcionista... pelo telefone deu para perceber que o rapaz da manutenção não queria ajudar, mas o recepcionista pediu para ele descer com um alicate... Sem nem me cumprimentar, me entregou o alicate e deu as costas.
Não, ele não precisava abrir para mim, mas em nenhum momento se mostrou solicito para me ajudar. Não consegui quebrar o cadeado nem com o alicate e tive que rasgar a minha mala. (o problema não foi a mala... e sim a falta de empatia)
Faltam mesas e cadeiras para o café da manhã, o local é pequeno e não comporta a quantidade de hospedes!
Isso pq a minha estádia foi no inicio na semana, de final de semana deve ser pior.
