We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed the area and hotel very much! Staff staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Gave great dinner recommendations.
The bed was a little too hard for me, but my husband liked it! The AC was weak, but that seems like a typical thing in Germany!
The hotel looks new, clean and contemporary.

This is a super cute hotel. My only complaint was that the front desk closes during certain hours and that’s when I needed to check in. I was able to reach them through ******* and they rushed over and let me in. The breakfast in the morning was good.

The staff of this hotel (especially Mark and the lady making the breakfast) is super friendly, making you feel more comfortable.
The room was large, quiet (on the backside of the hotel), and clean. They provide you with a complimentary bottle of water and a glass. That glass was - strangely enough - not replaced or cleaned during my stay.
Anyway, this is certainly a nice spot if you go to Remagen.

Stopped in Remagen for one night while biking the Rhine. This place has an easily accessible, dedicated bike storage room on the ground floor. The room is spacious and modern with a great shower. The staff is great! The included breakfast was great too!

The receptionist Marc is very attentive and friendly. Everything was just right during our stay. The rooms are modern and the building is very new with very good parking. The location of the hotel is super central, you can reach everything on foot.

Rooms ok, bathroom far too small with no storage space, no possibility to charge the electric car, view of the Rhine very nice, staff friendly - the bosses not. The food was very good. The opportunity to eat outside with a view of the Rhine is very nice.

Room in need of renovation. There are also good rooms in the new part of the hotel. But I can't get this because we were "lower class customers" or so we were told. You can hardly turn around in the bathroom and sometimes there is no hot water.

New hotel, very centrally located, 2 minutes walk to the Rhine and various restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and spacious. Free use of the sauna and free coffee specialties available around the clock. Breakfast with fresh fruit salad, juice, rolls, jam, cheese, sausage, freshly prepared scrambled eggs... everything your heart desires! We slept very well in the comfortable beds and would love to come back. Thank you!

Die Zimmer in der 2. Etage waren ganz neu, auch das Bad war neu und groß. Die Bedienung zum Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und auch die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Die eine Flache Wasser auf dem Zimmer mußte für 3 Tage reichen. Eigentlich eigenartig, da ja eine Flasche Wasser nicht viel kostet. Das Früstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend und alles sehr lecker.
