Hotel stay and check-in staff is friendly and helpful. However, the staff who on early morning duty(28.11.2024) rude and cheated on us for flybus arrival time. He booked us a taxi to main station, pretending the flybus pick up was late and he don't know what happen,I've booked for flybus hotel pick up, when he knew flybus pick up time is usually within 15mins(I've confirmed this with FLYBUS staff, they told me hotel staff usually know about this). Never believe this front desk staff (didn't get his name but I remember his on duty time/date). I think the hotel should look into this matter seriously.

This is the hotel I stayed in on my first night in Iceland. It has a good location in the city center! Breakfast is included, with a wide variety of options, and the croissants are super delicious. There is also a dedicated underground garage, so you don't have to worry about parking!

The front desk service is the worst in Iceland. I will never stay here again after staying for four days. The receptionist's face and words are colder than the local weather, as if I owe her (him) ****.

The location is a bit hard to find. There is a road under construction nearby, and the navigation is not very useful. I walked around for several times after dark on the first day I arrived. However, there is an underground parking lot, and you can check in first. You need a room card to swipe the door of the underground garage. There is a Xiaozhu supermarket nearby, which is only a two or three minute walk away. It is very close and convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, which is actually quite good.

The sanitation services were in line with expectations. It is about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and some central areas of Reykjavik can be reached on foot. The breakfast is quite regular and the price-performance ratio should be considered a good hotel, after all, the hotel prices in Iceland are there.

It's a very satisfactory hotel. The only bad thing is that the receptionist is a bit racist. We accepted what she heard, and went out to have lunch. When we came back from lunch, we asked her again. It was already 2 o'clock, and she still said there was no room for us, so we would sit down. While waiting on the sofa there, there was a foreign couple who also came to stay, and she immediately gave them a room. My companion was very angry when she saw us. When she saw us, she was embarrassed and asked us to take the key and enter the room. I think this kind of service attitude really brings down the price of such a good hotel.

The room was clean and spacious The facilities weren't bad either. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was okay. But the hotel courtyard was under construction so it was noisy.

There are Chinese people at the front desk. It is very convenient to check in. It is close to everywhere and there is breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time.

Hotel well located right next to the center. Simple rooms but sufficient for a short stay. Pleasant staff. Underground garage available but full when we arrived. Possibility of parking on the street against payment.
