Location is great! Super near to West Lake, food, shopping & Metro. Front service lady Xiao Yu is very helpful and friendly.

The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist named Xiaozhou was also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is strategic, being very close to West Lake.

The hotel is ideally located, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. It's just a 3-minute walk to the West Lake boat pier. Toiletries were provided in the room, and the hot water was excellent. Downsides: 1. The bed was very squeaky. 2. While the shower had a wet/dry separation, the large glass door to the room offered poor light blocking, which compromised privacy. What's more, this glass door also acted like a mirror reflecting the bed, making it feel like I was sleeping in front of a mirror. 3. I have to complain about the room's design: both beds had ceiling beams directly above them. I've never seen such a layout before. While I'm unsure about other rooms, this design alone is enough for me not to choose this hotel again. 4. The security guard in the ground floor lobby had a perpetually sour expression, looking as if someone owed him a fortune; he truly embodied the 'black-faced door god' stereotype.

The room was decent, clean, and tidy. While the facilities were a bit dated, it didn't significantly impact our stay. The location is fantastic – close to the metro, West Lake, and very convenient for shopping, which saved us a lot of time. The service was also good. It was great being able to take a five-minute evening stroll to West Lake, especially when it was hot. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Very good location and close to metro

Located between in77 shopping mall and popular Hubin pedestrian, it brings so much convenience to soak in the atmospheric vibes of the people, foods and shops. Also located near metro station and well accessible to most sightseeing places Considering the location and reasonable priced hotel, its one good choices in your itinerary

It is on metro 1 ext C. Connected to highspeed rail hangzhou east. Straight out from exit, will see victoria secret, just walk straight pass it, walk till end of the block and turn right. It on 2nd floor. Room large for with window, twice room, but traffric noise... Staff not friendly at front desk, security staff at entrance on 1st fl worest. Housekeeping staff good. Near shopping area, lake. Location supper good.

The location was very convenient. It's location truly at prime area. Any visitor will not be disappointed to choose this hotel. The hotel receptionist name was xiaozhou was very friendly and attentive to our need.

Good location - near main station from airport and train station. - near shopping area, restaurant - near west lake. The breakfast room is very small, not enough for everyone to eat together, and the lighting is poor. There is a wide variety of food, but you can't sit for long because there are so many people using the service.

The twin bed famiy room had some issue and it made crackling noise when you slight turn.Reception said it os fixed however it is same.

Location is good. Less than 5 minutes walk to West Lake. The room is small but acceptable. The only problem is the bed. It cannot use too much strength to sit or lie down, or else there will be a cracking sound (something like it can collapse anytime).

The hotel's location is great and the staff are excellent. However, I didn't sleep very well because of the noisy bed.

The location is perfect with many nearby shopping malls, restaurants and easy to take taxi. People are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
