Blue Sea Island

Me and my partner and who we travelled with had an amazing time the facility it clean welcoming and the food is amazing ....(not the place for a great English breakfast for my fellow brits) ...but amazing none the less. We will be returning in October hopefully and I cant wait to fall asleep on the beach sunbeds again holding a pina colada :))

My first All inclusive experience and certainly did not disappoint. This resort was absolutely beautiful, in an amazing location and the facilities were great. The choice of food and drinks was brilliant with something for everyone. The beach area was lovely and quiet with short walks to nearby beauty spots. The staff worked incredibly hard, would answer any questions and always bring a positive energy to the place. Highly highly recommend!!

Me and my friend found this hotel and thought it was was the perfect destination for my birthday, unfortunately wasn't what we expected, we got there at 3pm right on time for check in only to be told our rooms wasn't ready, we was told to out our luggage aside and just go for lunch wandering around until we found where we get lunch, took us about 2 hours standing around which to be honest compared to some of these reviews that's a good waiting time our room was tiny a huge pillar between the single beds . The reception staff and manager was rude and not helpful at all, my friend was trying to get assistance standing by the desk and completely ignoring her, having issues with other multiple other guests by the looks of it. The food was terrible we pretty much lived off chips and salad, and the little bits down by the beach bar, we tried the al a cart which was nice to have hot food but was not the best. The staff in the spa were lovely, the spa had minimal facilities. One evening they had a photographer and we went to get collect them the following day and they didn't have them and seemed like they didn't know what we was talking about.

Had another lovely holiday here. They have added a second pool and made changes in the restaurant with extra salad choices which I really enjoyed. I recommend the crepes freshly made for a bit of a snack mid afternoon. As always we were remembered by Maria in the reception and yiannis in the beach bar and a special mention to George in the restaurant who was great fun and really helpful. A long time was spent by the pool relaxing and there was never a big queue to get drinks or snacks and even at meal times it never seemed crowded. Will we come again, yes!

Once again a fantastic visit to this hotel. They have made some changes to the restaurant which makes it even easier to move about and the range of salads has increased massively. A big thanks to George in the restaurant for making us so welcome and for Yiannis is the beach bar who remembered us along with Maria who welcomed us like old friends. Great food, great location and great people.

Lovely hotel. Rooms nice (we had 329 which looked straight out to see, nice balcony (see photo) although a little noisy as right on stairs on a junction of two corridors) Great selection of food in both the buffet restaurant and snack bar (amazing freshly cooked handmade pizzas and gyros) Two lovely pools (noisier one outside main restaurant.. most kids play in this one) quieter pool down the side near the on site shop (which incidentally is just outside the boundary) and a separate pool and splash park with the other accomodation on opposite side of road.. bit weird that you have to cross the road to get to the other block but once we knew where it is it was fine) Staff all friendly and helpful. Special mention to ‘Angela’ in the main restaurant for her amazing omelettes each morning… she created a new one that she wanted my husband to try and he loved it… Although they were GIANT! Omelette containing ham, cheese, a slice of bread with a runny fried egg on top! Ha Entertainment was quite a bit of a let down. The staff in evening for kids ‘mini disco’ weren’t even wearing any form of uniforms and just put on some ‘bunny ears headbands!! It was the SAME 30 min set EVERY NIGHT! Our 5yr old loved it as did other kids her age.. but we were over it by day two! 🤦🏻‍♀️ and it was closed one night. Also it wasn’t till 2030-2100 every night. Other things on later in evening but not till 2130 but we didnt stay for those. Please be advised the coach transfer time is NOT 30 mins (as per the Tui website! So a complaint to them will be en route!) it’s a 1hr 25min coach transfer and an hour of it is traipsing round all the hotels picking up/dropping off. This meant we arrived 20mins after restaurant closed and therefore were only offered some absolutely awful ham&cheese sandwiches (no butter and couldn’t even eat the ham 🤢). Beach towels not provided in room and you have to wait til the Spa is open at 10am to collect them.. we were not happy about this, as we believe they should’ve been left in room ready for early morning swims. U can swap them every 2 days and sign them in/out. Hairdryer in bathroom was reasonable speed. Definitely use the waterfall shower head for adults as much more powerful than the hand held normal style shower head Village of Kolymbia is only just under 10 min walk.. although flat, it’s Greece so the pavements aren’t level/or even in existence in some places. Nice restaurants and jewellery shops and ‘tat’ shops for the kids 🤣 TAVERNA OUZAKI is a lovely restaurant but id definitely book as it was packed out each night Overall, lovely family holiday

Bardzo fajny hotel, pyszne różnorodne jedzenie. Prywatna plaża z darmowym barem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła. Atrakcje wodne wypożyczalnia samochodów przy hotelu. Barman Yiannis z baru przy plaży najlepszy w hotelu , zawsze uśmiechnięty. Pokoje bardzo czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Darmowe ręczniki na plażę.

We recently stayed at Blue sea island for 10 nights and it's really a mixed bag of pros and cons. We arrived at the hotel for check in and the gentleman on reception was very helpful, even showing us to our room and carrying our cases. ROOM:We stayed in room 272 and this was a big plus for our stay, the room is perfectly located with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. This is also the closest room to the pool and is very handy as the nearest toilets from the pool is a few mins walk away and down a flight of stairs (It was easier for me and my wife to just come back to our room as it was so close to the pool) FOOD: overall the food here is very good, you have so many options, the main restaurant has a great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner although if you stay longer than a week the second week of your stay the food menu is a repeat of your first week so that's a small negative. On the days that we didn't fancy lunch we went to the food court which had gyros, burgers, hot dogs, pizzas, desserts etc and it was all delicious. One negative the Ala carte is the same area they use for the food court but they switch it to the Ala carte after 6pm, not the best location as it was windy, also not very private as you're right by people drinking in the beach bar. Also the Ala carte food and drinks are all available at the main restaurant so it's not really a unique experience and it's not something I would pay extra for if I wanted to go more than once. ENTERTAINMENT TEAM: Sorry but this is the biggest disappointment of the whole holiday, the entertainment team are non-existent and seem to pick and choose what activities they do and the schedule isn't followed. Darts is suppose to be at 11am but I never saw it done once for the first 8 days of my stay and then on the 9th day I saw them playing but they don't ask or inform guests activities are about to take place so they have a poor turnout. Aqua gym at 12pm wasn't done for 3 days and then suddenly they did it everyday (this is the only time you had decent music round the pool) Water polo one day they'd play the next they wouldn't, no music around the pool during the day either which means there's zero atmosphere and guests resort to playing music through their phones (if the entertainment team tuned up at 10am as per the schedule they could play music all day and get a good atmosphere by the pool) The evening entertainment isn't much better either tbh, they turn up at the very last minute and don't seem well prepared, one night cancelling a club disco at the last minute for a quiz and blamed the windy weather although it's obvious because they wasn't ready and scrambled to do something else. I booked this hotel as on the beach advertised the day and evening entertainment and for me when you're all inclusive this is a big thing but they couldn't do the basics and overall very poor and the worst entertainment team I've ever experienced, 10 days on holiday and not a single conversa

I stayed here for 7days in may for my birthday the hotel is amazing all staff are friendly always have a smile, food is nice drinks are nice would defo stay here again the town is about 5mins walk where there a lot of places to eat & drink .. Thanks for a lovely Holiday
