We have finally returned to our most favorite hotel! Words cannot describe how happy we were the see familiar faces of the hotel stuff! The hotel itself became even more beautiful, the rooms have been renovated, the food is even more delicious than we remembered! Huge thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Apostolos for the care, attention and all this little things and gestures that make us feel welcomed and expected! Can't wait for the next season to return!

On arrival we were met by lovely staff and had a quick check in the hall entrance is beautiful. I’d ask for an upgrade to sea view room and all inclusive they upgraded the room for free with a private pool which was lovely. I’ve seen in some reviews and pictures that the rooms are a bit dated and tired, ours was lovely and new , think it had been refurbished. The main pool is a bit of a let down , it’s very pretty but hard to find somewhere to get the sun due to fixed umbrellas and trees everywhere. I would highly recommend the all inclusive all the restaurants were lovely and drinks too , apart from the cocktails they were poor. I found the staff in the restaurant and the reception first class but the staff at pool bar and main bar were awful, made you feel like a nuisance, it seemed like they were ready for the end of season. The entertainment program was very good something different every night. We found the location a bit run down nothing much in area . Beach bar restaurant was great. A nice good value hotel shame about the horrible bar staff at pool and main bar

Hotel rating. Overall: This is a fantastic place with absolutely brilliant cuisine, extremely nice and helpful staff, very comfortable accommodation, lots of sun loungers around the pools and a beach very close by. Perfect for someone who is less focused on visiting ruins and similar things (there is Limos nearby but not much more) and more on culinary delights, for someone who values good service, well-stocked bars and no loud companions (both adults and children). A place absolutely worth recommending and worth its price! Getting from the airport: The hotel is located at some distance from larger agglomerations. From Rhodes you can take a local bus for about 2 hours, a tourist bus (which does not stop anywhere) for about an hour. Lindos, which is the nearest town, is 5 minutes away by taxi for about 14-17E (about 5km). There are also local buses. Beach: The beach is a 2-minute walk away. Unfortunately - rocky. Fortunately, these are round stones, walking on them tickles more than hurts. Anyway, it’s worth having special protective shoes (but it’s also possible without them). There are sun loungers on the beach, free for hotel guests. There is also a small bar with drinks. Quite steep bottom, you lose ground relatively quickly. Room: The rating applies to a two-room apartment with two bathrooms. The beds are large, very comfortable and quite hard. TV with Greek and German channels but there is also Polonia and several English ones. You can connect your phone to hdmi (you must have your own cable) and receive Netflix or something similar (from your own phone). The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently. The safebox is large enough to hold an iPad and two fairly large bags. Satisfactory number of sockets (although I always travel with my own cube). Bathroom equipment without complaint, there are hair dryers, additional mirrors, hotel cosmetics replenished daily. The balcony is quite large with a table and two chairs and a sea view. Room cleaning: The room plus bathroom are cleaned daily, very thoroughly, the beds are made, towels are changed, the minibar and snacks are replenished. Meals: Overall, it can be said that meals and cuisine are an absolutely sensational side of the resort. The chef is a master, I have not seen anything like this before in any hotel in Europe (and only in few outside Europe). Three meals are served, of which I had two: breakfast and dinner. There is also lunch in the middle of the day if someone wants. Breakfast is great. In fact, it’s hard for me to list everything that’s there because I can just say that there’s everything you can think of for “breakfast”. In addition, a cook making omelets on site according to individual orders. Fantastic orange juice (as one of many juices) tasting like freshly squeezed. Excellent bread. Various desserts. Ice cream. Fruits. Peanuts, dried plums, various seeds, figs, apricots. Well, everything you want. I left full even though I tried not to eat much. But it was imp

Just as AMAZING as our stay last year, love this place! We were unsure about a repeat holiday as we were worried it would not live up to our experience last year, we should not have worried. The food, drink, hotel and most of all the amazing staff were as fabulous as last time and now the teens are desperate to make it three years running!

Well, what can I say. We have had the most lovely 10 days. We were looked after and cared for by the hotel. They truly do go the extra mile!. All in all, the room was great. We took the half board option, but we wished we had taken the full board. I think the full board option isn't explained well, so it puts you off booking it. We discussed it with other guests and it sounds to be a great deal. My view is that this is a family oriented holiday and it is not for party goers, as you won't find that here. The hotel go out of their way for the kids. My wife had an accident on the holiday and the hotel were amazing - they got her a wheelchair, looked after us, gave us a complimentary meal in the Italian restaurant, looked after me when I ate alone and the hotel manager bought the kids some pool toys to keep them occupied to give us a break. The restaurant manager (Sotiris), and his deputy Natalia were fantastic! The PR manager and a waiter called Alexis were amazing through this period. The waiting staff work hard, but always have a smile on their face. A special mention to our waitress, Paris was incredible, as was her sidekick, Kassas. The kids loved her and she made us feel like we were in her home. I can't speak highly enough of her and my kids are missing her!

This hotel is amazing. Never been on an all inclusive holiday before so didn’t know what to expect but this hotel is going to make it very hard to pick some where else to go all inclusive again. All the restaurants and food are Michelin star quality. The staff are the most attentive and caring staff I’ve ever come across and they all go out of their way for a great holiday. Special shout out to Nikos who works in the bar. Everything is so clean and the attention to detail is second to none. Pick this as your next holiday destination.

This was our second visit to Atrium Palace and it didn't disappoint. We stayed in a Deluxe Villa with Private Pool which is a lovely spacious room with a good size pool to splash about in. The hotel has a lovely feel to it - it's one of those places where you feel immediately at home, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. We've already booked our third visit for 2024 and can't wait to return.
