My girlfriend and I had bad luck just before our trip to Ribeirão Preto since it was announced the night before that the city was going into lockdown the entire time we would be there. Despite this, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to make sure our stay (to celebrate our anniversary) was truly unforgettable. Although the pools and restaurants were closed, we were still able to walk the beautiful property, hand in hand, and we absolutely cannot wait to return. The Royal Tulip JP Ribeirão Preto is absolutely our resort of choice in Interior São Paulo!

Ambiente super agradável, atendimento maravilhoso e as piscinas espetaculares, o jantar foi muito bom, a carne suína que estava dura e o paladar da nhoque não foi bom, mas do resto noooosssaaaa, estavam maravilhosos, super recomendo!!!!!

Minha experiência foi péssima, mesmo tendo reservado um apartamento superluxo 2 camas casal para passar um final de semana (de sexta a segunda, 3 diárias). Fui alocado num quarto cuja parede externa ficava ao lado de um “enorme” enxame de abelhas. Antes do final da primeira diária, minha filha e eu havíamos sido picados por abelhas dentro do quarto, pois elas estavam entrando pelas frestas da porta (mesmo com a porta fechada). Então, liguei na recepção e expliquei que queria que eles me removessem para outro quarto ou então que resolvessem o problema das abelhas. Eles não me retornaram desde a manhã de sábado até domingo de noite (véspera do meu checkout). Após essa imensa demora, já não havia mais razão para que eu trocasse de quarto, uma vez que meu checkout estava para ocorrer em poucas horas.

Equipe maravilhosa, atendimento nota 10. Todos muito educados, empáticos. A gastronomia é uma delícia e os drinks da piscina são ótimos! Os tios da recreação são muito atenciosos e educados. Só acho que a recreação deve ser dividida por faixas etárias. Aceitam crianças a partir de 5 anos apenas, mas os pequenos também querem fazer parte das brincadeiras, e tem algumas brincadeiras (até mesmo para os de 5 anos) que não dá para brincar com os maiores. Meu filho queria fazer parte das atividades, mas não entendia a dinâmica dos jogos. Resultado: ele se frustrava, e os maiores se irritavam. Mesmo assistido por mim, era difícil controlar e gerou uma situação ruim. É chato para os pais ver o filho excluído da brincadeira. Se tivesse atividades condizentes com a idade dele, isso não aconteceria. No mais, nada a reclamar, só elogios!

O hotel não tem nenhum ponto negativo 100 % excelência, café da manhã, jantar, os drinks feito com muito capricho, limpeza nota 10.
