The bed was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel does not have a gym. The location is very far from the beach and you have to go up the mountain.
Pros: The swimming pool is heated. It is OK for taking photos.

Was a super nice brunch on a Sunday with very good service, great people and an amazing view. The restaurant is based in a very nice spa hotel and we had very polite and friendly people here for the service. Breakfast buffet included tasty coffee, fresh fruits, bakeries, and all that you can imagine for a perfect breakfast.

One of my favorite stays ever and perfect for my honeymoon! In addition to being a stunning hotel, the team members were so warm and personal and made us feel really special. They not only brought us champagne and desserts, they also decorated our room and personalized it with some photos from our trip. They also did little things like putting my wife and I in the couples massage room even though we were just getting facials. Joyce in particular was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of. We were deciding between this hotel and Copacabana palace, and I’m so glad we chose this one because I don’t think we would have gotten the same level of care at a larger hotel. We had all the perks of a big 5 star hotel (amazing breakfast, beautiful room, great pool and pool bar) in addition to wonderful service.

Wow! What an incredible hotel. I came here a day after my birthday and I had not even told them and they prepared so many surprises for me. Thank you Fabricio--your care and attention meant the world to us! Thank you also for the warm welcome...we really felt right at home. The room was incredible, the food was amazing, incredible views and a beautiful pool. The staff was also my favorite--they were very personable, and a big shout out to Bruna and Babi for also helping us with all of our requests. Thank you for making this an extraordinary stay!
