Achei o hotel bem localizado apesar de não ter achado tão proximo da praia. O atendimento do hotel foi bem ruim. Nos colocaram em um quarto no 1º andar com janela para um poço de luz. Hotel com 3 elevadores e apenas 1 funcionando. Fiquei mais de 15 minutos tentando descer com minhas malas no elevador. Desci na recepção para pedir ajuda do funcionário, mas sem sucesso. No Rio de Janeiro todas as tomadas são 110V e eles colocaram tomada 220V, não emprestavam ferro, obrigando a contratar o serviço de lavanderia. Sejamos realistas, as roupas na mala amassam e todos os ferros vendidos em loja eram 110V e a tomada 220V, sem logica alguma. Praticamente obrigando a contratar o serviço da lavanderia para passar a roupa, coisa que não era barato. Eu realmente não foi de reclamar desse tipo de coisa, mas achei o atendimento bem ruim, bem ruim mesmo!

Manutenção péssima interfone quebrado , foi trocado por outro e deixaram o quebrado do lado , ar condicionado molhando o quarto todo , uma cachoeira em cima das malas , foi solicitado arrumar veio o técnico deu uma arrumadinha e deixou tudo sujo o quarto e vazando do mesmo jeito !!
A limpeza do apartamento foi feita as 19:00 horas depois de solicitar 2 vezes !!
Toalha de rosto sujas !! Um lixo

El hotel es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y en pleno centro de Copacabana, excelente la limpieza y atención del personal, mas también el desayuno muy bueno, el único problema que tuvimos fue un día que se corto la luz un rato a la noche, y que otros días algunos ascensores no andaban por desperfectos mecánicos. Sin embargo no tengo queja como dije anteriormente excelente todo.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à la fois proche de la plage de Copacabana et également de la station de métro Siguera Campos. Je vous conseille de prendre une chambre double supérieur. Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel :
- une fois en chambre double standard qui était vraiment minuscule et dont la vue donnait sur un mur, pas top !
- une fois en chambre double supérieure qui était beaucoup plus spacieuse avec en prime une vue sur le Corcovado (peut-être avons-nous eu de la chance :))
Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme de buffets très bien achanlandé : gâteaux de toutes sortes, fruits délicieux coupés en morceau, oeufs brouillés, bacon, quiche et quelques spécialités brésiliennes (petits baignés salés)
Le roof-top est agréable avec la possibilité de boire un verre ou se restaurer. Il y a également une piscine où il est possible de faire quelques longueurs et tout autour des transat.
Je recommande cet hôtel en chambre double supérieure pour un séjour à Rio.
