Positive Points: -The crew are very kind and helpful and I really liked them. -The breakfast is normal. Negative Points: - The flash tank in the bathroom had a problem in the room and many times I asked them to fix it. - No drinking water in the room. - AC in the room was making a lot of noises which was old model. - There was no kettle in the room. - This hotel is too far from the city center and is not in good neighborhood and is not safe to be outside at late night.

Need to improve their variety of languages or have at least 1 bilingual person since it was a bit hard to communicate. The shower was leaking 24/7, the air conditioner turned off randomly but most of the staff was very polite and tried their best to make me feel welcomed.

Really bad hotel First of all the checkin process took forever. Then there were flies in my bathroom and dirty towels. Breakfast was disgusting and went by the pool and they don’t know how to process a payment. Also the staff hardly speak English so it’s really hard to communicate. I would not recommend for business nor pleasure.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. It has its own parking lot, good structure, comfortable rooms (the rooms that face the Pres. Dutra Highway are noisy for light sleepers). This time, there were some unpleasant setbacks: there was only one towel in the room and even after asking for it twice, it was not delivered; in the morning, there was no water in the room, returning about 15 minutes later and breakfast was very messy, missing several items. The corridors and rooms are very well decorated, our negative impact was due to the fact that we noticed a great disregard of the hotel in relation to the measures to face the Pandemic. There are no gel alcohol dispensers distributed! Breakfast was the worst experience considering all the hotels we've stayed in so far. A complete disregard for the sanitary measures of the Pandemic, there are no gloves, the handles are used by everyone and there is no alcohol gel available, the food is not satisfactory, let alone its temperature. Simply lousy! I do not recommend the hotel under any circumstances!

Experiencia horrivel. Quarto extremamente sujos e sem manutenção. Roupas de cano e banho da pior qualidade, atendimento péssimo. Havia insetos no box do banheiro, ninguém ofereceu solução. A recepção pede para entrar em contato com a gerência no dia seguinte. Não se hospede aqui.
