We had reservations and when we checked in, the rooms weren’t ready, they said it would take 30 minutes and it took 1 hour & 30 minutes. We were in town for a Valentine’s dinner & we missed it due to this mishap. We spoke to a manager and he was rude & not once did he apologize or offer to make things better for us.

Had to wait 15 min to be noticed at the bar for appetizers. We were seated at 9:20pm for an 8am reservation at Duane’s rest. Do not eat here if you are hungry, they are either understaffed or dont care or both. Once we were served, the waiter and waitress were friendy and helpful. They seemed positive despite getting the load of the complaints of the clients. I cant imagine them having to tolerate the feedback that truly needs to go to management. In the end I will return here but wont be dinning here.

The property is historical feature of the area. Spanish style architecture. The staff is amazing. Looking forward to the next visit.

Checking in and checking out we got the impression that the staff hates their job. No smile, no “welcome” checking in an no “have a good day” or “how was your stay” checking out. The staff at Duane’s Restaurant were awesome! Our room was not in a good location and very noisy throughout the night.

Like the convenience of walking where everything is close by. Absolutely disliked the service, the food at las campanas was disappointing, the steak we got there was 2-3, we asked for medium and it was well done, at the food took 45 min to get to our table. Apart from that I ordered a toothbrush and toothpaste from the hotel several times and was told room service would and never did. Only to find out they didn’t have any. They could have told me that anytime at my stay instead of giving me the run around. We got the wrong room to begin with, but e had paid for a king size and got two full beds instead. This was a romantic getaway so we had to request our original purchase and we had to take our things out again. When we went to our room, the bed seemed like a queen not a king size. I have a king bed and this was def smaller. Apart from that, the pool was supposed to be a heated pool and it was cold. We called about it, we even asked about it before going, and she confirmed it was. It wasn’t obviously, so we called again and she said she would inform maintenance or whoever takes care of that.
We were just dissatisfied all around.

We booked a premium room and were put in a deluxe. The check staffed never mentioned that we would be put in a room less than what we booked. He checked us in as usual. When we arrived to our room we found it was not what we had booked. We went back to the check in desk and we were told our room we booked was no longer available and moved us to another room, but still below what we reserved and no refund compensation or the difference in price for each of the rooms or apology. I have never been down graded when a room i booked was no longer available. Disappointed in their customer service
