The hotel is in need of a makeover, some of the fittings a little outdated. The pool is little more than a plunge pool though the setting is superb. The breakfast is average, so much so that whilst my wife went for breakfast most days I stayed in the room and just had yoghurts. The minibar doesn’t work and nothing is cold in it. There’s no room service menu though they allow outside deliveries for guests. That’s all the bad points. Now for the good points.
The rooftop bar is relaxed and a**ospheric, the sunsets there are sensational and the cocktails are superb. The service from the staff was incredible. Always helpful and informative and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome and that makes up for the shortcomings of the actual building itself.
Also the location close to Perrybere beach and a short taxi ride to Grand Baie is pretty good too, though it’s a long taxi ride from the airport.

The stay at this Hotel was amazing. Vikesh and Michael where the two managers and upgraded our rooms because we had a small problem with our original room. the wait staff where amazing Raj,Shanish and Minesh kept me well hydrated. Ryan and Lenado where our fantastic waitors. They have a brilliant chef Adhil that served 5 star and Michelin quality food. i would recommend this hotel to any travllers. it is a short distance from Grand Baie central that you can catch a taxi or take a walk too. the nicer beaches are also a short drive away.there are a few average beaches within walking distance

An amazing hotel with a rooftop lounge and restaurant. Excellent food at the rooftop, thanks to the kitchen team special mention to Adil and team. The welcoming by the reservation team/reception team was excellent. The Indian intern at the bar was very nice to us. The room service team, was great ,special mention to Pritika. The general assistant manager was a great guy and so nice to us since day one. The waiters and waitress were nice to us special mention to Deepak The room was breath taking and very clean. Since the beginning of your arrival until your departure, I must admit, the experience is superbe. What was more amazing for me and my wife is the bar and resto service. Some 5 stars hotels dont have this attitude where they go beyond your expectation and go the extra mile, one simple example is a cake unexpectedly offered for my Birthday. Unexpected but make you feel like a family member. Talking about the food, just WOW from A to Z, taste amazing and the Chef is so talented. I sincerely wish to give some very special thanks Manish and Shanish for the excellent service they provided throughout the whole stay, they are very good assets for the Hotel. We will definitely come back.

Friendly and very helpful staffs. Service was excellent. Highly recommend to try the teppanyaki dinner at Manzu restaurant - amazing dinner and experience. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the rooftop with amazing views of the ocean.

I would definitely recommend the hotel and also the junior suite room which was on 2nd floor Amazing staff and perfect location for view of the lagoon. Food was great though it has only 1 restaurant and bar in hock is located on 3rd floor and the view is amazing It’s a good location to walk around the area for shopping.

Location is excellent. Food is good but Indian cuisine is rare , mostly is of European cuisine. Indians coming here should inquire about Indian food. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of staff speak Hindi. Navin and Dev are bell boys who will always be there for you. Room cleaning is excellent. Suggestions to hotel management- There should be diversity in breakfast(we had same breakfast menu for 4 days), normal drinking water should be available.
