可以毫不誇張的説 這是我住過的最有人情味最暖心的民宿 為什麼現在出門旅行 更多人喜歡選擇民宿而非酒店 應該就是為了設施更全 户型更大 有冰箱有洗衣機有廚房 更有設計感 性價比更高 去年來這裏住 也是被這1000多平的院子和滿分好評 評論清一色的説服務好所吸引 來了以後的實際感受 我真感覺評論區的好評都低調了 各方面都超乎預期 一進門就像迎自家孩子回家一樣親近自然的接待我 帶我參觀院子 衹要更好的房型沒有人預訂 就給我升級房型 真的很暖心 房間設施很好 床品 床墊 各種電器 都很好 衞生也不錯 老闆娘的家人都秉持顧客至上的態度親切熱情的滿足客人的需求 老闆娘的媽媽好親切 每天早上都給我做好早餐 不管我幾點起床 都把飯菜熱好等着我吃 本來衹想住2天的旅行 結果住了一週還捨不得退房 日照是特別美的城市加上這個暖心的民宿 真的後勁太大了 時不時的就想回來住幾天 來日照 就住這裏

去年第一次來日照偶然定了這家民宿，今年是我二次過來，沒有猶豫，直接復購，趁着還沒有到夏天的旺季，帶着孩子來小院裏感受遠離喧囂的寧靜，這兩天天氣不好，但是小院裏別走一番風味，哪怕不出門，院裏都可以待上一整天，與其説是民宿，更像世外桃源，院裏有很大的小童樂園和很大的淺水小童泳池，池子裏水特別乾淨，衹是天氣還有些微涼，沒有讓孩子下水，距離海邊超級近，步行可達，周圍都是旅遊打卡點，去哪裡都方便，晚上自助燒烤了一次，房東小姐姐有提供用燒烤器具，第二天有點累，在小院自營的餐廳裏點餐，因為頭一天有去碼頭問過海鮮價格，所以點餐的時候特別留意了一下，發現跟碼頭漁船售價的差不多，僅僅加了一點加工費，一開始還擔心會不會有別的收費，吃完結賬發現完全多慮了，比自己做着吃還要省，而且廚師做的口味特別好，紅燒鮁魚太絕了，本來不愛吃魚的孩子都吃光盤了，海鮮都是海邊直達的，活蹦亂跳，能夠看得見的新鮮，早飯推薦餐廳的雜糧地瓜粥，很有童年回憶，挑食的二寶都喝了兩大碗，如果想要避坑，這家民宿是首選，建議提前訂房，再次感謝店家熱情周到，讓每一次和大自然的相遇都有了意義

這家民宿讓人有種回家的感覺，老闆人很好，會做可口的飯菜，尤其早飯，雖品種不多，但吃的很舒服很好吃。
適合親子游+家庭遊，有獨立的小院，適合長者活動，小朋友在院子裏肆意的玩耍，離海邊很近，步行十分鐘，
再來日照還會選擇住這裏~

一般不喜歡評價的，但是這次的體驗不得不説，真的不錯！臨時決定來日照玩，前一天一直在找，看到小院的環境和大家的評論，決定訂到這裏了。
設施：房間設施挺不錯的，有獨立的小院，房間設計的簡單大方，酒店有的這裏都有，玩水換下來的衣服，可以晾到院子裏，洗澡的水也是剛剛好。
環境：小院的環境真的很美，還有小孩玩的地方，很安全，有自己的停車地方，涼亭、帳篷、鞦韆^_^
衞生：房間挺乾淨的
服務：服務不錯，早上借店家的電動車去海邊看了日出，很美。帶孩子最怕環境不好，吃的不行，這裏都沒有這種問題。
下次來日照還會選擇這裏，家庭出遊不錯的選擇

老闆一家都非非非非非非非常nice，真實感受了一把好客山東歡迎你。因為帶狗子出去，所以選了寵物友好的民宿，很意外很驚喜，給我們升級了一個獨門獨院的大榻榻米，狗子還交了兩個狗狗朋友。一天三頓飯也都是在老闆家吃的，趕海捉到的螃蟹老闆也幫忙加工好，下次還去👍

距離房車露營公園最近的民宿，與旁邊的農家樂有質的差距，裝修的很用心，房間又大又乾淨，馬桶和淋浴用的都是很好的，水也很大很熱。老闆特別熱情，會迎接和歡送客人。唯一缺點是院子裏其他客人的聲音有點吵，隔壁房間孩子的哭聲也聽得到

説走就走的日照，候補上的高鐵票，帶娃來趕海，找酒店的時候就想着不在定酒店，這次走就主打一個膠東大院的感覺，在攜程和**上找了很久，最後定的這家民宿。因為是高鐵沒有開車，老闆娘給把電動車借給我們用了兩天，去海邊大概10分鐘，買海鮮在任家台海鮮市場（建議不要在碼頭買，我被宰了），市場裏面明碼標價的比較好。
民宿老闆很熱情，老闆媽媽有點像我外婆哈哈，晚上説要加個蔬菜 直接去地了給我摘的哈哈哈哈 非常熱情 跟大姨嘮嗑説想吃烙餅，也給做了個葱油烙餅！開心，膠東大院plus版
房間也很乾凈，因為帶娃我一般無論住什麼酒店都是自己再去打掃一遍，居然意外很乾凈，明年再帶家裡人來
