Stayed in a cabin 5 stars. Front desk/24 hour stores...staff 5, inventory 4 but they were remodeling. Pit stop 5 stars, staff was super friendly. Restaurant 5 stars for food and staff. We only had breakfast there, but it was super yummy. Why 3 stars? We ate breakfast at the restaurant, but also took some to go. Unfortunately, we did not get the meat that was supposed to go with the breakfast. We were also charged 2$ for the cheese for our omelet. Originally, I didn't care too much about the cheese charge. After we discovered the missing meat I decided to contact the manager. I guess because we had already checked out, it was not important. We never received a response. Honestly, I'm pretty forgiving. A simple apology would have appeased me. No response makes me feel like they don't care. Which makes me wonder about the quality of everything if I decide to return. Therefore, I'm hesitant to recommend highly. Beautiful and worth the trip.

This was a wonderful getaway for family during the Christmas holidays. Very relaxing undisturbed and peaceful. Great view of the mountains. Friendly environment and comfortable weather. I really enjoyed.

Quiet place with nice views and access to hiking, but don't go if you can't share the space with roaches. Best time to go would be spring or fall to catch the best views on the hikes. Be prepared to clean your unit and spray for bugs

Beautiful area, no crowds, away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge yet easy access to Smoky Mtn National Park. Have restaurants on site, lots of hiking trails, and close to some great Mtn Biking at Tsali Rec Area. Came back relaxed!

An older resort in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Fairly isolated and resort has wi-fi in just a few places, but not in the Cabins. If you are looking for a getaway to disconnect and enjoy nature without all the distractions of social media, this is definitely the place for you. They are in the process of updating the property and will definitely come back in a few years. We went for a fall getaway so most of the outdoor programs were closed, but the pool was definitely updated and looked awesome. Pickle ball/tennis court, 18-hole putt putt course. Two of the four restaurants were open and the fool was fair, but priced well. The cabin was partially updated, but recommend a better cleaning prior to arrival. We had to sweep the Cabin of debris and dust.

This is an old and not kept up-to-date "resort". Except for the sofabed and loveseat, outdated furniture. Old stove, one of the burners did not plug in, did not work. None of the lids for the pots and pans fit. No sponge nor scrubbers for pans and dishes. Side of fridge was very dirty. Wood surfaces were sticky. Small TV and Satellite TV reception was not very good and limited number of channels. No deadbolt on front door. Felt unsafe. Old, Old, Old! The worst "resort" (if you can call it that!) we've stayed at with RCI over the years.

This property was conveniently located near hiking trails. It also had fun activities for families. Having a restaurant on site was a plus. My only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilet and tub in our room needed a good thorough scrubbing.

We stayed in a member owned cottage. The cottages are modular mobile home-type structures. Pretty area. Quiet. Complete furnishings like an Air B and B with full size fridge, dishes, etc. Generally clean but some mold/dirt on floor moulding, etc. Only two pillows in the unit which was a bit of of pain since my wife and I each use 2 for posture reasons. The AC was very noisy. Also, no blow dryer in the room. My wife has morovised by using the AC vent. Internet only works in some areas of the property.

Very nice location, quiet and secluded, but it did need a little more cleaning but bring some extra snacks as you are limited to their restaurants and their is no other options for 20 miles.
