1. Pool is out of order/ not working
2. When I asked about the gym the gentleman stated they didn’t have a gym but then came back and stated it was in the 1st floor and never knew about it.
3. When I came back to my room after being out for dinner/show (couple of hours) I found a big roach on my bag and called the reception as he stated they didn’t have roaches and they just recently sprayed the hotel. I informed him to come to my room to show him (as he did) and he gave us a different room for the night. Although he was doing all he could to make our stay better and appreciate what he was able to do for us. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here cause I know I would not return back to this hotel.

I stayed here with my boyfriend on 12/31/23 we had the suite room with the jacuzzi. The room was gorgeous but when you walked into the room there was an odd smell to it.. it wasn’t unbearable and frankly after being in the room you don’t even notice it. There were somethings about the room that I did question but wasn’t a big deal to me. For example the jacuzzi had cracks in the tile and their were stains on the wall and ceiling in the kitchen area of the room. It didn’t bother me much but figured I’d add that in. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I absolutely LOVED the beds! They’re so very comfortable! I definitely recommend staying here! I really enjoyed my night!

We stayed 3 nights. First room we were in, had food in the refrigerator and on the counter from previous occupants. The refrigerator did not work in the second room. We had to constantly get our room keys reset for the 3rd room every night. No proper ventalation in the bathroom. Pool was "broke". Bed hard, very uncomfortable.

Showed up to the hotel and immediately saw cockroaches in the hotel room, when the moved us to a new room the lights didn’t work and even more bugs. When we asked for a refund they refused. Avoid!!!!

I had a nice stay here. The checking was easy and the staff friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little too firm for me, but to be fair, 90% of hotel beds are too firm, so I travel with a 3” mattress pad. Otherwise, a great stay. I would stay here again.

Check-in tried to over charge clerk was hard to understand. Wi-Fi hard to connect. Refrigerator not working. No services within walking distance. Breakfast was extremely limited. Overall a poor excuse for a motel
