Elsa, Kaedy, and Beatrice were so helpful and kind and nice to me, no matter how many questions I had. Great time there, I'd definitely consider coming back to stay there. Marina Haven, on the other hand...not so much.

Hudson needs help on the Beach, but he still kept it moving, and perhaps nightly entertainment would have made an overall difference, but was a lovely short stay for the holidays.

All inclusive does not include lobster, steak, or shrimp. There is a small fee. The menu changes every day for dinner, so that's a plus. You can take a shuttle to other hotels within this resort for other options. Not a very walkable island, so would get a taxi or rent a car. This property is very far from the airport at the bottom of the island - so just be aware. And not recommended to drive as the terrain is switchbacks up and down mountains, sometimes on one way roads. It's dangerous. But the resort is worth it. Staff are amazing! They a polite and just a nice change of pace. Room was excellently cleaned every day. Beach access 30 seconds away. Pool and hot tub are amazing too. Very quiet in December even with many guests. Highly recommend. :)_

Bay Gardens Beach Resort is a lovely locally family owned resort. Staff is friendly and fairly accommodating. Food was great some nights and average on others. Too many buffets for my liking, but the daily breakfast buffet gets old quickly, it's hard to tell what is fresh. The resort management and staff really cater to the repeat travelers and those celebrating something big in their lives. The rest of the guests are just your average vacationer and very few staff really go out of their way for the average vacationer. Resort shuttle is not convenient as it doesn't run often enough and they don't advertise the meals or Theme Nights at the sister resort restaurants. The beach is gorgeous, plenty of chairs and shade, but scarce drink service on the beach. Room was nice and view was amazing, but the bed was not comfortable. Mattress was hard and sheets were scratchy. They do a nice job with eco friendly water bottles in each room, but they only give one so you are constantly refilling it at one of two stations. Need more water refill stations and the water taxi should be complementary for resort guests. The spa is very nice and my service was amazing, but the woman who ran the desk and helped with my appointment needs a personality overhaul if she's going to be in the service industry. She was beyond rude to the point I almost didn't bother booking. Overall my stay was a C+, the resort is charming but needs some changes to bring the grade up!

What impressed me the most is the upgrade we received. Because budget was tight we booked a room with 2 double beds for 4 of us. It was going to be tight. Upon check-in we were told they noticed this and had the ability to accomodate an (unrequested) upgrade. Imagine how thrilled we were! I am so grateful to Bay Gardens Beach Resort for this courtesy! It meant a lot!

Will the staff and facilities are excellent, my only complaint would be as an all inclusive resort you should have some snacks in between main meals. In room refrigerator should be stock with bottle water not refill at a machine. Your facilities is beautiful small changes will help you compete with big brands like royalton

Very nice food and service in HiTide restaurant. Great trip booked with guidance from agent behind hotel reception area.
Very nice Taxi service by Javan ( 1 (758) 725-7125) . Very nice kids friendly hotel. Kids loved water park . Beautiful safe clean beach.
Nice beach towels and enough beach chairs with umbrellas. Very nice entertainment events every evening.
Lots of ways to enjoy island . Enjoy local food , food supermarket and shops nearby. Free shuttle service helps to reach nearby beach resort too.
Overall Lovely place to stay with family or couples. Really miss my Wonderful vacation we had at Bay Garden Beach resort.
