The good: hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious especially since we are in Rome, where that can be challenging. The bad: the hotel is fragmented, meaning there is no center and you have to enter by key into separate buildings with no elevators. That can be both challenging and inconvenient. The ugly: they have a huge ant infestation problem, like epic levels. Yes, the cleaned it up but it took two days and I think the problem is still there. They offered to move us after the first notification, but that required loading up our clothes and luggage and walking up another flight of stairs. I know big and old cities struggle to maintain properties, but pest control should be at the top of the list and also more notice about the hotel being 3 separate buildings away from the reception area.

The location was great for getting around places on foot. The room was big, but lacked storage space.

Everything all around is perfect. There is only one thing though. There is no elevator so it can be hard going up and down with extra everytime
