The room is not new, but it is fully functional. Our family of three gave us a small suite with two bathrooms. Surprise! It is very close to the wishing fountain, and there is a subway for easy travel. The service at the front desk was very good. They gave me a map of Rome's attractions, etc., and also introduced me how to get to the Vatican.

A hotel who only provides u a bed, nothing else. Very disappointed.
Lucky it is clean and the air con is working. But the staff are friendly.

The staff was caring and polite. They helped me with confirming my flight and getting transportation to the airport. This hotel is located in the heart of Rome. They need to improve their WiFi on the third floor. They had good WiFi connection in the lobby.

The location of this property was absolutely perfect. Right by Trevi fountain. We walked to Vatican City - Pantheon - Spanish steps - Colosseum no problem. Lots of Dino g and shopping options. Hotel is basic but comfortable and quiet.

Very good location to Rome city center. Walking distance from just about everything.
Only thing we didn't like is that the Wi-Fi did not reach our room. It barely reached our floor (3rd floor). It worked fine in the lobby.

location was perfect, you can access the historic center of Rome on foot. the staff was really nice and helpful. what I did not like was the keychain that weighs a lot, too many keys for one room, and the shower was scary small. other than that I would recommend it for people who want a walking distance to all good places.

The sheets appeared clean. That is my only positive statement. Rooms look many years old. In desperate need of construction upgrades. The ventilation system caused my wife to have sinus problems. WiFi was horrible. Blanket / quilt was to small for the bed. In general Rome is a very dirty city. And the hotel didn't improve the visit. Forget handicap accessible! No parking! And at 6'1" 230lb. Everything is a tight fit.
I would never return there.

Just a couple of blocks from Trevi Fountain, close th the metro station, and less than a mile to the Colosseum. Comfortable, clean and very friendly. Absolutely will stay again
