The front desk was from the Philippines, and was quite welcoming. He gave me a map of Rome and told me how to take the subway.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the subway. It is also close to the fountain and Spanish Square. The Pantheon and the Colosseum are 20 minutes away on foot.
The sanitation is very clean and the service is very good. We like it very much and stayed for four nights. Good reviews!

Not my type of a hotel
The elevators only went to the third floor and we had to carry heavy luggage up another flight of stairs. The kettle was dirty, there was no coffee or sugar or spoons in the room. 24 April Stay, there was a hole in our bathroom ceiling and the lights in the shower would not switch off and it felt like we were in a night club. No warm blankets and it was still pretty cold. We struggled to contact to the internet.
Two compliments: They kept our friends luggage safe, thank you for that.
Second compliment: They communicated the code and key for our rooms well as it we collected it over 5pm
Not my choice of a hotel.

But there is lots of street / sidewalk construction and our Ubers and taxis could not get through to pick us up or for
