Excellent location (this much is true and can't be denied) but highly disappointing to say the least: small room, very old mattress, no cold water (yes!!! a first time for me: couldn't take a shower without getting scalded), badly ventilated room and bathroom, a bit mouldy, disrespectful neighbours checking in and out very late/early, very mediocre breakfast - although seemingly free of charge ==＞ do everything yourself and end up in the nearby coffee shop anyway. Oh and the reception is actually 100 meters further in another street, on the second floor...

Nice spot close enough to the ancient sites, you can walk. Air conditioner didn't work, but the room was great and it has a smart tv you can login to. Breakfast/snacks all day in the common room. Rooms are nicely sound proof and you can't hear the outside.

Our experience with the hotel had ups and downs. The staff was really nice, the location of the hotel is excellent but there are some problems that could be fixed. I don't recommend the breakfast at all. It's really disappointing. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are tiny, the cleaning is ok.

Property was close to everything and they responded fairly quickly when needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Isadora was also very helpful and such a pleasure to deal with.

I have stayed at the property twice now and have already booked in again. I love the location away from the busy hub but in a very safe and residential area still within walking distance to so much. Also located on a bus line so easy access to everywhere. The rooms are extremely clean, the kitchen well stocked, the staff very friendly. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well.

In a good position, on the Nomentana, near Porta Pia and a short distance from Termini, this is a good B & b. We stayed 2 nights in March. The entrance is an old building and the hall does not look very nice, but the rooms are refurbished and the double glazing insulates from the traffic of the street. The bathroom in our room was a bit small and lacked sufficient towel racks. Open wardrobe area. All in all it's not bad for small stays. Friendly owner and girl at reception

I was in this b & b with my husband for a weekend, my personal experience leads me to bad reviews, I absolutely cannot say that the cleanliness was impeccable as read from other reviews! The positive note is the very polite owner, very kind and helpful, but the cleaning of the bathroom just NO! In 2022 it is not acceptable to find a shower with limescale and rust !!! As a point it is well located, it is located in a convenient spot 15 minutes from the Trevi fountain, the breakfast quite varied with packaged snacks and dry biscuits all in all could have been fine ... but for the defect of the cleanliness of the bathroom it lost points. sorry.
