Little expensive for the property itself but overall nice and clean. Room was spacious and decorated and we slept well.
Central location for what we needed to do. Nice breakfast choices. Polite host.

Comfortable clean accommodation very close to Stadio Olimpico. Host is very helpful and courteous. We were in room 2 which has 2 windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard. There is a terrace where on e can have breakfast or a drink. Highly recommended!

Siamo stati due giorni in questo B&B perché dovevamo raggiungere comodamente la caserma Tor di Quinto. Siamo stati ben accolti dalla signora al check in, siamo in un attico al sesto piano con una veranda mozzafiato, ascensore incluso, la struttura è vicina allo stadio Olimpico, la stanza è grande luminosa con riscaldamento costante inclusa anche di climatizzatore autonomo, il bagno è di fronte personale riservato esclusivamente ad ogni stanza che ci soggiorna, pulizia della struttura ******ale impeccabile tutto perfetto e preciso nei minimi dettagli, colazione buona con molti prodotti a scelta, sicuramente la metterò nelle mie preferite questa struttura. Se mi capita di nuovo di soggiornare a Roma in questa zona ci ritornerò. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura pulita e silenziosa, a due passi dal capolinea di tram e bus. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione self service ben fornita. Gli ospiti hanno anche a disposizione una bella terrazza, nella quale rilassarsi o consumare la colazione. Se non si è interessati alla zona, potrebbe essere un tantino decentrata.

Posizione ottima perché sono andato a Roma per vedere uno spettacolo al teatro Olimpico proprio lì vicino, ma anche in generale ottima posizione a 10 minuti di tram da piazza del Popolo. La struttura è pulita e tranquilla, all'ultimo piano di un condominio e dotata di una splendida terrazza in cui fare colazione con vista. Ottima l'accoglienza e gentilissimi i gestori. Stanza e bagno ampi e puliti. Unico appunto forse la doccia un po' piccola per chi ha spalle larghe (sono 1,85m x 120 kg) ma ci si adatta.

Diventerà sicuramente il mio B&B di fiducia!
La ragazza che lo gestisce è molto gentile e mi ha fatto sentire come a casa praticamente. Il posto è accogliente, molto pulito e la colazione abbondante. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era spaziosa e comoda.
Ha una bellissima terrazza con una bella vista sulla zona, ma soprattutto un bellissimo e dolcissimo gattone!
La zona è praticamente perfetta, a pochi passi c'è la fermata della navetta che porta direttamente al centro ed alla metro in un paio di fermate. A due passi c'è il Parco della Musica e sembra una zona tranquilla anche alla sera.

Ho soggiornato per vedere gli Internazionali di Tennis. Sistemazione perfetta! Pulita, confortevole, bel terrazzo, bella vista. Dista dall' Olimpico meno di 15 Min a piedi, si raggiunge facilmente col bus 910 da Termini. Se si imposta sul navigatore via Guglielmo Calderini è ancora più facile da raggiungere. Per finire check in fino alle 14, non alle 20 come indicato sul sito.
Lo raccomando e ci tornerò sicuramente!
