I don’t know where to start, we have arrived at 21:00 no one was there to guide us we had only the messages from the whats app, before the arriving date they ask us the permission to charge my card with the half amount of your total charge for deposit purposes, and the next day we went to the reception area to pay the rest amount and the lady told us to pay the whole amount and that they will refund us the deposit, it passed 3 weeks and we still didn’t get the money back and when i asked them 3 times to send me the prove of the refund they just don’t answer!!!! Horrible experience they just stole 100 euros from us!!!

We got 2 nights in this hotel as present in smartBox. Location is good and owners seem nice. Unfortunately I have to write bad review beacuse is misleading photographs that show not real quality of rooms, bathrooms. Place is not really clean and things are broken ( can close window that points noisy street ) . Additionally things are just not clean properly since years and you can see it clearly that it’s lack of care from side of owners. The worts it’s bathroom it’s terrible and I haven’t seen anything like this since years. How much cost to change shower curtain that look like crap. How much cost to buy vinegar and detergents to clean propably shower !? It’s just unacceptable ! To owner: do you also keep your owners privet shower in that condition ? I would not recommend this place to anyone and things like this shouldnt be accepted.

TLDR: 1. Run-down rooms 2. Ripp off breakfast 3. Unbelievably rude staff Where to begin? When we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist that didn't seem to care about anything, asking us to pay the stay immediately. When I questioned why we don't pay at check-out like everywhere else the response was just "This is normal. You have to pay now to get the key." When we entered the room we were very dissapointed. The room (room 2) didn't look at all as it was portrayed on ***********, which took pictures from maybe 5 years ago. Leaking air-condition, rusty & running shower and very thin walls & windows, allowing you to hear every single bit of traffic in a crowded neighbourhood + every time someone walks in the B&B. The tip of the iceberg was just the promised breakfast buffet with "fresh fruit, eggs, juice etc" on booking, for which shortly after we received an e-mail that due to Covid (as if its not old news) now they serve the breakfast to the rooms. Sounds okay right? We thought so too. But when we arrived we got a voucher for a nearby café for an "Italian breakfast" which was a cappuccino & croissant. When confronting the receptionist about this false advertising the answer was just "I study English, I don't care, contact the owner". So we did. The response, again, was just very rude with defensive answers and telling us we are lying about the intitially advertised breakfast, while constantly being interrupted. When we sent him the screenshot of it, again, the blame was just found with *********** having the wrong description "This is not my fault" "I don't care what other hotels do" we heard on and on. Location was good, close to the central station. Air Condition worked well. That is all good things I have to say about the B&B. Please go and read some answers from Daniele (the owner) on Google about negative feedback, and you will understand what kind of host he is ;)
