The reception is super! It is the hostel and you cannot expect the cleanliness as a hotel with this price. The toilet is ok and location is perfect, between the main station Termini and the sightseeing spots!. Love this

A great option for female solo travelers, according to my experience the area was safe, near to most attractions and most of the staff were nice, willing to help and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here, would recommend!

The location of the hotel was very nice. If you like walking, this will be an advantage. The reception is very friendly. They helped me both at night and in the morning when my phone broke down. The rooms and bathroom were clean. You don't need to bring a cabinet lock. I only deducted my score because we purchased towels and soaps with fee.

The good — location is great. Near walk to the colosseum. Just a short walk away from the metro which although confusing at first is fine after awhile
Towels must be rented. Left baggage is chargeable. You can’t just leave it there but must pay a fee. Cleaning crew barged into my door while I was half naked without even knocking on checkout day before checkout time to clean my room.

This is a recommended hotel if you are not fussed about facilities, but the location is amazingly in the centre of Rome. The beds are comfy if you are okay sleeping in a single bed and travelling alone or in small groups. It is super safe, every room has lockers for each guest, so you dont need your own padlock. The toilet is kept clean too, but you better bring your own towel and cleaning products. Staff are friendly and very helpful so my stay was perfect. There was also piano at the ground floor which you can use to relax.

Don't be fooled.
Even though there was no mention of ``women-only'' anywhere on the reservation screen, I was kicked out and told, ``You can't check in because you booked a women-only room.I can't give you a refund, so please leave.'' .
The attitude of the staff was the worst. While tapping away at their smartphones, they act arrogant and say things as if it's not their fault.
I've been to over 20 hostels so far, but this is the first time I've been to such a bad place.
If you are considering this place, I strongly recommend that you avoid it. 🤢🤮
If you are okay with having a terrible trip to Rome, please visit.

I stayed 2 nights and plan to stay 1 night as I have another trip to Rome next week. I did web check-in in advance, but my flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:10 PM, but it was delayed by about 3 hours and arrived at Fiumicino Airport at 10 PM. I provided late check-in through Trip.com, but since web check-in was over 23:00, I had to pay an additional 3 euros. I hope others know about late check-in.
But other parts are understandable in proportion to the location and price.
I especially liked the fact that there was a large, secure-looking locker, and I was able to use the kitchen to make inexpensive meals. Although it may be a bit inconvenient, I recommend this place if you want to save money on travel in Rome.
