The location is near the Colosseum, but getting anywhere else still requires walking over fifteen minutes, which isn't easy under the summer sun. After touring in the morning and having lunch, I returned to my room at 1:30 PM to find it hadn't been cleaned. After a nap, I left at 4 PM, hoping it would be cleaned, but the front desk said housekeeping finishes at 3 PM. They could only change towels and replenish bottled water. So, a four-star hotel only has a one-and-a-half-hour window for daily cleaning? Unheard of. Perhaps I haven't been to Western Europe in too long. The room facilities are basic but complete. Breakfast is monotonous, lacking fresh vegetables and fruits, not as good as domestic hotels like Atour. The pool hours are also strange: 11 AM to 7 PM, which are the sunniest times. I couldn't even go for a swim on my checkout day because checkout is at 12 PM.

The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sofa, the room was clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials. However, the main shower head was leaking a bit. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk through the park to the Colosseum, and the metro is nearby. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal overall.

Great location, friendly host, great pizza bar across the road. Close to train terminal. Would have liked if safe was secured and able to be used and air conditioner in need of cleaning/service as mouldy. Overall an okay stay

The hotel's location is midway between the old city and multiple attractions, making it more suitable for travelers with higher mobility. The hotel room is big, air-conditioned, everything is fine. It’s just that hotels in Europe come with free water, which can be purchased in the small supermarket downstairs.

The front desk was gentle and warm hotel. The cleanliness and the size of the room were perfect and I was able to spend comfortably. It is very convenient because it is close to Termini station and there are many restaurants around. The shower room is a bit small, so it may be hard until you get used to it.
