My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is 10 minutes walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly.
My room was very comfortable — equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, a kettle, tea, television with Internet and YouTube. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear windows and enjoy the view.
Breakfast was served at Convenient time 7:00-10:30.
A huge thank you to all the hotel staff — such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again.
This hotel is generally very good, very clean, the room is quite large, and the breakfast is rich. There is a Carrefour supermarket 100 meters away from the hotel, and the train station and subway station are also within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. Well worth a return visit.
Very good hotel, a lot of water, fruits, snacks are provided in the refrigerator, and the breakfast is well prepared. The boss is very nice, come back to help print the boarding pass, I strongly recommend everyone to stay in.
With a stay at Ostiense Flat&Rooms by Rentbeat in Rome (Ostiense), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Circus Maximus and 7 minutes from Campo de' Fiori. This guesthouse is 3.1 mi (5.1 km) from Pantheon and 3.5 mi (5.7 km) from Trevi Fountain.
Make yourself at home in one of the 3 guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains, and housekeeping is provided daily.
I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing due to a series of overlooked details and frustrating issues.
To start with the good—the staff were great: friendly, helpful, and informative. They made an effort to assist whenever asked, and that hospitality was appreciated. The location was decent, about a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It’s not exactly central, but manageable if you’re okay with the commute.
The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the quality of housekeeping declined quickly. A lotion stain I accidentally left on the shower floor was never cleaned, and instead of actually scrubbing the area, housekeeping simply placed a mat over it—as if to hide it. Initially, the room came stocked with two sets of towels, but after the first day, only one of each was replaced. While the booking was for one person, maintaining the original quantity would have shown a bit more care and consistency.
There were several small inconveniences that added up. For example, the room phone had no directory, so I had no idea how to contact the front desk or reach any services. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days, which turned out to be because the previous guest had asked for it to be turned off, and it was never reset. It took me that long to realize I had to ask the concierge to enable it again. In a properly managed hotel, the AC should be reset and ready for the next guest without needing to make a request.
The continental breakfast was another letdown. The scrambled eggs were dry, lumpy, and had a strange grey tint. The bacon and sausages were cold, and orange juice was served in plastic cups. There was very little fresh fruit, and to top it off, they had a random speaker on the floor playing radio ads during breakfast—a strange and unpleasant ambiance for a morning meal. I’m glad I didn’t pay for breakfast for my entire stay, because it definitely wasn’t worth it.
The Wi-Fi was by far the worst I’ve encountered in any hotel. It disconnected constantly and, when connected, barely reached speeds of 5 Mbps. For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, this is unacceptable and suggests a clear lack of awareness of guest needs—especially for travelers who rely on Wi-Fi to plan outings or stay in touch.
Noise was another major issue. The elevator makes a blaring siren-like noise when it opens, which woke me up every single morning. The walls and doors are paper-thin, making it easy to hear people walking or talking outside, and the doors slam shut loudly, adding to the disturbance.
Finally, while not the hotel’s fault, there were a few homeless individuals living around the property, which might make some guests feel uneasy, particularly at night.
All in all, while the staff were excellent and the location worked, there were just too many frustrating and avoidable issues—poor housekeeping, unusable Wi-Fi, subpar breakfast, noise problems, and a lack of attention to guest experience basics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements across the board.
Facilities: very comprehensive, with washing machine, utensils, pots and so on
Hygienic: Very clean and tidy at check-in
Environment: Especially good and very comfortable. Three rooms, one kitchen, one living room, two toilets, there is a pizza shop downstairs, very good. The only downside is that the unit door is not very easy to open.
Service: The landlord is very humorous and brought us a puppy. The puppy's name is Rayn, which is very beautiful!
Convenient in location, there is a nice little local cafe nearby to pick up coffee and breakfast. The bus stop is under a minute's walk. The reception closes at 11pm, so it is best to make sure to check in or inform them as you need a key card to access the building after 11 pm. Would stay here again
The hotel is not in the best location, but close to the metro and train station. Very helpful service and communication in English without any problems. They kept our luggage after checkout with no problem. Air conditioning in the room. Looking at the prices in Rome, the offer is attractive.
With a stay at this apartment in Rome (Ostiense), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Colosseum and Circus Maximus. This apartment is 3.2 mi (5.2 km) from Campo de' Fiori and 3.5 mi (5.6 km) from Pantheon.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment.

The location is quite central, there is easy to transport in Lime, bike or Uber. It is a safe area according to my experience. I first found access confused but afterwards quite effective. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very good for someone who was traveling, there was TV, hair dryer and hot water.
