Excellent! As if it were a 5* hotel!
The reception under machine was very comfortable, and the customer service was very effective.
Room and bathroom of 10! They also have a small pool with a solarium on the roof.

This place was supposed to 1. send an email 24 hrs ahead with check-in info, 2. have staff there to check you in, and 3. have 24/7 phone help available. They had None of that. No email, No one there, Message on phone that no one is available. Took an hour to get in, a total nightmare. Others were having the same problem. Room was not as reserved. ********** was super-slow to try to help. Telling me they could not contact anyone either. Then transferring me after a long time to another person who finally got us in, but by then it was Incredibly Aggravating!

Nice location with a short drive to sightseeing spots in Ronda. Comfortable apartment, very clean and well-maintained. Free parking right near the apartment complex! Full kitchen.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The check-in procedure is clunky and the staff seems to be aware. We were tired from the road and they patiently helped us with figuring it out.
The not so good:
The ********** notification email states that the check-in process starts at 14:00, but when we arrived the staff said it was 15:00, but nevertheless let us check in.

Facile d acces, accueil tres sympa, appartement tres propre, machine a laver avec 1 dose lessive, lave vaiselle avec 1 dosette, cafetiere Doce gusto avec 1 dose par personne, literie tres confortable meme dans le BZ, terasse, au 2eme etage piscine non chauffee avec terasse panoramique, ambiance loundge. A 3 mn du centre de Ronda. A recommander ++

«Apartamentos Martalia Arenal Ronda» fue nuestra elección en nuestra última visita a la bella Ronda. Optamos por este alojamiento ya que íbamos con nuestra pequeña bebé y necesitábamos comodidades como una cocina completa para preparar todo lo necesario para ella. Con lo cual, dicho queda, es óptima para ir con bebés o niños. Los «Apartamentos Martalia Arenal Ronda» se trata de una serie de apartamentos ubicados en un complejo con vistas a la montaña. El apartahotel está a 2,2 km de la plaza de España (unos 5 minutos en coche) y a 2,5 km de la Alameda del Tajo. Su localización es la elección perfecta para aquellos que desean realizar visitas al casco histórico a pie o realizar rutas senderistas, a la vez que disfrutan de unos atardeceres inolvidables. A nosotros nos pareció un apartamento bastante cómodo y suficiente así que será de nuevo nuestra elección en nuestra siguiente visita a Ronda (siempre se vuelve).

no me gustó que para hacer et check in tienes q ir a otro lugar, pierdes tiempo, además sin vas en auto el
auto no puede llegar hasta el
apartamento, y debes subir con el
equipaje por una calle larga con escalones a nosotros se nos hizo muy pesado pues andabamos con niños en coches, la habitación si está espectacular y muy centrica pero esos detalles
