The hotel is fine, centrally located, and we had no complaints, but frankly, the guy wasn't very tactful. When we checked out, the same people were there again; they just rushed through the process and that was it. A simple apology (which I would have accepted and which was reciprocated) would have sufficed. They need to be more careful about this."
