The hotel is located near the Chicago O'Hare Airport Car Rental Center. You can take the free ATS at the airport to get there directly. Of course, you can also take the hotel shuffle bus to and from the hotel. The shuttle bus starts at 4:00 every day and leaves the hotel every 30 minutes. So it is very convenient to travel between the airport and the hotel. The hotel room is really large because it is a suite, and the facilities are also good. Because the central lobby is a bar, it is a bit noisy at night, but closing the bedroom door does not affect the rest at all. There are many fast food restaurants around the hotel, including Western and Asian restaurants, and of course there are good steak houses. What I want to complain about is their service. I paid in advance, but at that time, due to the difference in room prices, additional deductions were made. After returning to China, I negotiated with the hotel through Ctrip customer service. The hotel has given various reasons, such as the money was just frozen, the manager was not there, and the time difference. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service is very powerful and keeps a close eye on the hotel. Finally, the hotel admitted that it had overcharged and said it would return the money in the original way.
