We love the closeness to the beach, the fact that we have access to bicycles to use, it is close to lots of bars, coffee shops and gelaterias. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trains are nosy but that is in every hotel on the main road of Pineto. When booking through Orbtiz the beach umbrellas were not included in the stay we had to pay extra for those. The room are small but there is plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases which makes it nice. We have stayed her 3 times and we would stay again

Nice, clean room, not with partial sea view as described but internal view of houses. Everything would have been perfect, but the trains run about every 15 minutes if not less and with some it seems there is an earthquake. Sin

Personale e titolari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, hanno accolto tutte le mie richieste. Cibo ottimo e grande ospitalità! Posizione strategica fronte pineta. La ferrovia di fronte ci si fa l’abitudine e per chi piace invece è uno spettacolo per il Trainspotting! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

De gastvrijheid van de eigenaars van het hotel was hartverwarmend. Niets was te veel. Het ontbijt was goed en de koffie heerlijk. Vlakbij het strand en in de buurt zijn winkels en terrasjes. Ook was het fijn dat we op de laatste dag tegen geringe vergoeding later konden uitchecken.

Ambiente super accogliente e familiare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Pulizia delle camere eccellente. Colazione con giusta scelta tra dolce e salato. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura. Hotel inserito in un contesto di mare tranquillo e rilassante.

Tutto perfetto, proprietari disponibilissimi, personale gentile ed una cuoca veramente brava!! Molto comoda la spiaggia privata raggiungibile con pochi passi, la disponibilita' di biciclette, la presenza di tavolino e sedie in spazi adiacenti alla camera.
