Great place. Clean, spacious room, attentive staff for issues that came up
Breakfast was A+ with lots of hot protein options.

Room was spacious. Check-in this time took longer than normal. The staff had to print out the room availability and tried to figure which room to assign to us, which was a little unusual. The TV remote control was on the floor when we went in, and the microwave was dirty (with lots of pizza splat). This is the first time we'd experienced this relative uncleanliness within the past 3 years. We typically stay at this hotel 5 to 6 times a year for kids' sport tournaments. We used to get text from the hotel to welcome us and to see how our stay was going, but we didn't at this stay.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was nice and big. Breakfast was much better than expected. Only issue was that the room had a mild dusty smell and sheets for roll- out coach didn’t appear to have been washed. Overall the room should have been cleaner.

All four on-property Tesla level 2 chargers were non operational. Bathroom sink was plugged upon checkin. Blinds non operational. Desk chair was dirty and stained. Bathroom vanity was damaged. For how new this facility is I’m unsatisfied with the condition and experience so far. I will probably stick with Marriott properties moving forward.

Not quiet, both traffic noise and neighbor noise. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and super comfortable bed which is what I associate with Hilton hotels

This hotel was in prime location from where we needed to go. It's only 10 minutes away from Thundervalley ******. We were here for a concert at the ****** and the uber/lyft was very reasonably priced even though we were going and leaving during prime time.
The room itself was very clean, spacious, and has a kitchen with a sink, dishwasher, full refrigerator, cups, and utensils.
The reason for the 2 star is one of the main factors in where we chose to stay is due to the amenities in having a free electric vehicle charger. However, during the time we stayed the charger wasn't working. We were pretty upset because it was probably THE factor that made us choose this hotel over the others. I wouldn't say choosing to stay here was the cheapest option either. When we brought this up to the people working at night, the guy at the reception had a bad attitude about it. From the most recent update I heard, they said that their maintenance people couldn't fix it so Tesla had to come and take a look. We looked on the chargepoint app and others said it had been down for a week by the time we got there.
